Best Tankless Gas Water Heaters in Phoenix AZ

The service man who replaced my 2 year-old broken down Rheem water heater with another of the same brand was excellent. He was clean, on time, kind and patient about finding a replacement tank, which was difficult and time consuming. The only thing I didn't like was the cost of the installation. I believe it was far too expensive.

This is my second time using Robin’s for a leak. It was nice to know whom to call immediately, and not need to wade through the hundreds of possible companies. Each time the technician was knowledgeable, personable, and timely. This time around turned out not to be a plumbing leak, but a roof leak, and Amber was thorough in checking and communicating. And they give very reliable referrals as well, connecting me with a restoration company.

Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so. We loved working with him, and feel confidant that he knows what he is doing and is very professional.

Had an appointment for a repair at a rental property for 7-11am. Hadn't heard anything so called at 10:55 for an update. Left a voicemail and Laszlo called me back a few minutes later to say he wrote down the job was cancelled. I said I did not cancel it and had driven to the property and was waiting for him. He said he doesn't make mistakes. Told him I would find someone competent to do the repair instead and he said good.
