Words can't describe how satisfied I was with service! Definitely the best plumbing company! Couple of months ago sink was leaking so I contacted Custom Cooling &Plumbing. Not only that appointment is scheduled as soon as possible, but they sent KYLE ......the best plumber I ever met and believe me.....So many worked on it, but no one couldn't do the job properly. Kyle needed just minute-two, looked under the sink, went to get part and before I knew ...... all done. He is very professional, very friendly and above all, very knowledgeable. After awhile I had "kitchen remodeling company" working and they left with no water pressure from sink faucet. After one phone call KYLE came same day and once again demonstrated professionalism and knowledge. It has been several months now and there is no leak which was weekly issue before Kyle came. I needed quarter-turn shut-off valves installed at my kitchen sink. I called at 9:30, and the technician was at my house within 90 minutes. Travis was prompt for the service call, professional, and completed the job in under an hour to my complete satisfaction.

I would be lying if I say this service wasn't worth it. On the same day of the issue they had it fixed. However, I do feel like maybe they claimed more needed to be done than really had to. We had a ball valve that broke off just above the main water line so water was spraying out unless the main was closed. He claimed he had to cut out about a foot of the pipe to fix it instead of just sewing in a new hose valve. I had some sticker shock but thats just the way life goes.

The man driving the company van tried to run me into the wall on the 51 freeway and 101 freeway curve today at 230pm. He harassed me for several miles by tailgating me nearly hitting me on multiple occasions. This person is clearly a bully and used his vehicle to threaten and bully me out of his way. I would stay clear of this vehicle and wouldn't let him near my family or home. God for bid you piss him off. He drives a white van that says Quail Plumbing on the sides. Please pray for this man that he will find a better way to deal with his emotions. And pray for all the drivers out here in Phoenix. Hopefully no one is hurt by this man.

They are quick to respond, they do quality work, and they are cheap. I had a leaking pipe by my water meter, I called at 7:30 am they were at my house by 8:30 am, repaired by 9:15 am and very affordable. Phoenix Arizona.
