I was blown away at how they are patient and fix the issues correctly, but the staff in the office are amazing as well. They have great personalities, smell awesome and I would trust them with my children.They make sure all the issues are addressed, and I love them more than my wife, They never drop the ball and if there is a scheduling issue, they will contact you immediately. This company has phenomenally, unbelievably, great prices, and they keep their promises. I highly recommend using this company and I will go to no other dam company ever for the rest of my life!! Very friendly, on time, super knowledgeable, no b.s. straight up honesty, hot water heater stopped working and came out quickly!! I thought it could be the element or igniter but I simply didn't hit the reset button. Didn't charge me for the visit. Even video my pipe lines for free! Dennis was very down to earth no b.s., no sales pitch! Can't say enough about the Custom plumbing of Arizona, llc! Highly recommend!

We had our whole house water re pipe done by Arizona Integrity plumbing. The thought of having this done made me very nervous. Ramiro and Byanka were clean professional and very friendly. I give this company an A+ from start to finish, you can't even see where the holes were cut in my walls.

Beware too good to be true. I called because they offered a coupon to clean out a kitchen drain. $49 the catch it was only good 7-7 m-f. No problem I called at 8 am. I called back at 5 pm as I had not heard from them. The operator assured me someone was on the way. At 645 received a call from Erik saying he could be out in 40 minutes. Well after the 7 pm cut off. He came refused to honor the coupon saying I had agreed when making the appointment that it could only be used if we had an outside drain clean out! I was never even told that but he said he had the call recorded and would play it for me! What, no! He proceeded to played some recording from his dispatcher. The service technician raised his voice at me saying I took a shower for this and came all the way here after had I told him to pack up and leave. They were going to charge a trip fee and full price drain clean!!!
