These guys were just terrible i called them on a routine pluggeg drain for a spcial they had for 69$ the plumber came out ran his snake through the main drain pipe and end up running the snake all the way up and through the toilet breaking the base of the toilet!!! The snake was literally flopping around inside the hall way of our house now the compant wont take responsibilty and even worse the techician is lying it was already broken i do not recommend these guys at all terrible company!!!! I am goingvto BBB andcreport them and taking them to court!!! Not to mention the plumber offered to fix toilet he broe for 750$ rediculous!!!!

Devin did an amazing Job! We had a completely rusted an unusable backyard water bib/spigot so we couldn't water any of our plants or flowers. That was until Devin came to the rescue. A quick call to Option One Plumbing and Devin came out and replaced out spigot... the original owners had welded the old piping to the old spigot so after some clean cutting Devin replaced some the old piping and new spigot. He even educated us on the types of piping that was in the original foundation and made some awesome suggestions. The spigot he added he even explained how the pressure and water quality can wear down pipes. Very friendly, very quick, very knowledgable and effective. If I could drop another tip here I would. Devan and Option One we've got you guys on speed dial now. Thank you soo much!!!

This was a warranty replacement. Thought the price was tad high however all went well and I’m satisfied.

We had a great experience. Our water heater busted and we were able to get a new one installed within 24 hours. We were even able to get an earlier appt due to a cancellation on the same day. Plus their quote was a few hundred less then the other two we received. We feel really good about the service and price!

The tech was on time and highly competent - Just like the TV adds. However these people are Highway Robbers. I got a price for a hot water recirculating pump from the outstanding company I have used for 20 years, American Home Water: $450. I thought I would check and so called Brazil. The price for the same pump: $750. gotta pay for those TV ads! The part itself is available on-line for $200. George Brazil Plumbing should change it’s name to Jesse James Plumbing.

Due to bad pex (plastic piping) originally installed in home and subsequent leak / mold in kitchen wall had to have total repipe of hot water lines in 5 year old house. AZIP was contracted to do the job by the manufacturer. Romero and Bianca did 95% of the work and they are a great team. Well qualified, competent, compassionate and helpful. Did great work. Highly recommend them.

We had a mildly catastrophic failure of a water heater that was at the end of it's functional life. This included some mild flooding and a bit of electrical fire in the control panel. Imagine our panic!
I called Charles Delaney and he arrived within 10 minutes (on a Saturday) to secure the situation safely. After that he installed a new water heater at a very reasonable price. We have been Charles Delaney customers in the past and were equally as pleased this time with his professionalism, timing and reasonable pricing.

From the sweet girl who first took my call and the great service from Zeb, everything was great. Great service, prompt and extremely friendly. It still surprises me they were here within a couple of hours. We are getting a new unit but they made sure our old unit was going to keep us cool over the weekend. Very happy with the whole process so far!

Very responsive and honored time frames, the techs that did the installation were polite and answered my questions. I was a bit concerned that masks were not worn in my home nor foot coverings, and trash was left both in and outside. Also it would have been nice to have explained a PVC pipe would be used as drainage down my roof with no proper distance between my home's foundation and moisture draining from the unit. Was also told initially if I purchased a unit (which I did) that I would be offered a hotel room or portable AC units... Didn't happen.. I had to visit 4 stores to find reasonably priced portable units which was an additional expense. It's almost like after I agreed to the purchase nothing else mattered. I'm grateful they were able to install the next day, however it was a miserable 32 hours in the meantime.
