Quick and great service! The Custom Plumbing team took the time to fully inspect my sink and fixed my drainage issue. They also gave recommendations for what to do if we saw issues in the future which was greatly appreciated!

When you're used to taking hot showers in this 120 degree weather, a cold shower is not to my satisfaction. Simon came out same day to unclog our main sewer line. He was extremely professional, polite, honest, and explained everything upfront. He tested the main line a few times to ensure everything was running smoothly. Excellent and friendly customer service. While trying to DYI a new shower faucet I broke it spraying water everywhere. Called Springs Plumbing after several others that couldn’t come till next week.

Penguin Air & Plumbing was such a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was very easy and flexible. I received a couple of texts (including a brief bio & picture of our technician) and a phone call to update me on the ETA of our technician. Amir was the gentleman that came out to the house, and he was so wonderful! We had some unexpected repairs needed, and Amir took the time to explain everything (a few times so I could understand ?), presented a few options to resolve the issues, and was incredibly patient while we figured out what to do. It’s never easy parting with hard-earned money, especially if it isn’t planned. If you have to do it though, it’s nice to work with such professional and courteous people! And the customer service at Penguin is pretty outstanding as well! The air is back up and running, and we are cooler than ever, if you can believe it!
