Superb service from the start !! I had sprung a water leak at the main line between the meter and the house. Office staff is awesome and extremely helpful. My Tech (Hayden) was not only on time, but early. The leak detection company also arrived early so they were actually able to complete the repair while I was on vacation. Definitely will call Moon Valley for my plumbing needs from here on out !!

I had Craig out house to do plumbing repair on pool leveler and did a fantastic job with a very good rate. I will use them for future plumbing services.

This company has a good reputation, but I am even more impressed with the service that I got today. We had a pipe break at our office and our employees nor our clients could use the facilities. I called on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and in less than an hour, Tim Schadel was out at the property to help me. The parts that we needed he didn’t have on his truck, so he hurried down to the supply store, and that the guy to stay open so he could get the parts. He then came back and in less than 30 minutes repaired everything as good as new. I would definitely recommend him in this company.

Franz was friendly and very knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to have him do our outdoor spigot repair!

The complete worst experience ever dealing with this company. Do not use their services. They are very rude and condescending!

Had an appointment for a repair at a rental property for 7-11am. Hadn't heard anything so called at 10:55 for an update. Left a voicemail and Laszlo called me back a few minutes later to say he wrote down the job was cancelled. I said I did not cancel it and had driven to the property and was waiting for him. He said he doesn't make mistakes. Told him I would find someone competent to do the repair instead and he said good.

Positive experience as always. Best female plumber ever. Will continue to use and recommend her as always

They are amazing. We were having a family gathering and out of the blue my kitchen was under water due to pipe being broken. I immediately looked up a plumbing company on google and called them up. They were super professional and after talking with them, I immediately felt at ease. They understood the circumstances and scheduled someone to come over as soon as possible before my guests started coming over. Everything looks amazing and I must credit all that to this friendly and professional crew. Thank you so much and bless up.

The first time I used CLW Plumbing was for a leak from the gas shut off to my fireplace. The gas company found a leak and shut off the gas to the condo (and the building) until someone could come out to fix it. Talk about panic! I contacted CLW and Jim Wheat, the owner, came out. He assessed the problem, for my fireplace and the others in the building. He repaired the problem in short order at a very reasonable cost to the owners. The gas company came back out, tested the fireplaces and gave all of us clearance to turn the gas back on to the building. What a great job he did for all of us!!
About 6 months later, my water heater went out. I spoke with Jim. He sent out an employee to replace it. Adrian could not have been better. Professional, timely and affable. Did a terrific job and did it quickly. Way better than the last company I used. I have used enough contractors over time to know this is one company you want in your contact list. Thank you CLW !!!

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I would definitely recommend Valleywide Plumbing & Patrick!

Donny Garza was very professional and very kind. He explained exactly what to expect, as well as giving me tips to help me in the future. My kitchen sink and laundry sink had standing water, due to a clog somewhere in the pipeline. Donny had it cleared quickly. I am so relieved that it turned out great! Thanks for your wonderful work.

Had to close the shut off valve of my home's main water supply to do a small DIY plumbing repair. Unfortunately, it went belly up when I went to open it back up, leaving me with no water. Luckily, I had saved Tutko Plumbing in my contacts years ago after being happy with their service. AJ was quick to rearrange their afternoon schedule so I wouldn't have to go another night without water. He was courteous, communicative, and made quick work of replacing the old valve with a more reliable ball valve and swapping out my old crusty hose bib, too.
