Best Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

I am so glad i went with Atomic Construction for our re-flooring project! We replaced >1,000sqft of carpet in the whole upstairs of our house and the stairs themselves with luxury vinyl planks. Jorge and Alberto were very professional and extremely skilled. They addressed every concern we brought up. Adam, the owner, was also very attentive to the project and communicated with use before, during, and after completion to ensure everything went well. I will definitely use Atomic for any future construction needs I may have!

I walked in to see if they could beat a price. Guy got so offended he threw his hands up and said “we’re just done here” and walked away. Haha talk about business etiquette I could not stop laughing while telling the story to my colleagues at Homesmart.

Just had a great experience with ABS. The carpet looks beautiful. Great selection, good quality, fair prices superior service. They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. Fantastic installer . Highly recommend ABS!

I called this company at 4pm and they were able to squeeze us in the next day! What was going to be a 2 day job turned into 1 day and we couldn’t be more happy with the results!! They worked very hard and did an excellent job. Would absolutely hire again.

Rachel was terrific to work with. She understood what I needed and provided the best plan for cabinets. In addition, she looked for sales in Waypoint cabinets and passed on the savings to us. Then when she had the old cabinets removed, she donated them to a charity and gave us the receipt for our taxes. Few contractors do these services. She and Heath also stand by their product and do small tweaking (no large issues).

AK Brands did an outstanding job in updating our kitchen and master bathroom in our home in Scottsdale. We got gorgeous grey Quartz countertops, stunning subway tiles, and new faucets and tub-and-shower plumbing. We went from worn out mediocrity to premium quality. My wife and I are extremely pleased with both quality and price. Mr. Kasraee went above and beyond to work with us. As a contractor I found Home Solutionz - Phoenix to have comparatively better pricing for the materials I was looking for above the competition. They did offer a trade discount so perhaps thats what contributed greatly to my moving forwards. Love the service, Job well done!

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

Daniel replaced the carpeting in my home with hardwood flooring. He did an absolutely beautiful job! He recommended products, quoted a fantastic price, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything. His attention to detail is incredible. If it's not perfect, he himself is not satisfied until it is.
He's extremely honest, professional, hard working, and operates with the highest integrity. He's my go to guy for anything I need to have done around the house!

This business is run by hard working young men who are highly motivated to create the ideal outcome for their customers. They stuck to their quote even when they found a large crack in my sub-floor that resulted in additional labor they didn’t ask for a penny more.
