Their industry knowledge was far superior to other companies, and it was apparent during our first conversation. Although now isn’t the time for my family to get a new roof, I have recommended them often because I know they’ll get the job done right the first time.

The best ever. Had a leak that was from the gable vent so I sent a text to Augusto at 8:25 PM and he responded at 8:30 PM.
They were at my home the next day by 9:00 AM the next day after driving 80 miles for them and repaired vent.

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. Ronald came out to check my roof cause of a leak. Found out it was the elbow on my air conditioner. Wrote out all instructions for the air tech. Quoted me a reasonable price for foam roof. Said I didn't really need it now. Wished me a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. Very nice and up front!

Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.

Sam was great! From the first day I called for a inspection (which they came out for same day) to final installation, everyone went smoothly. Sam was always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated on everything. He even came out one evening(in the rain!) after the tarp blew off my roof! Above and beyond service!
