Had a water heater go out on a Sunday ... DiamondBack Plumbing was able to come over with in just a couple hours and have it replaced. Price was absolutely fair and more than competitive. Justin performed quality work at the utmost professional level. He was personable and patient with my questions. I therefore scheduled a few more small items to be done later in the week around the house ... couldn't be more pleased.

Have had Stefan come out for 2 minor things. Both times he was fast, efficient and prompt. I recommend him highly. I will call on him for all my plumbing needs.

Both were very hospitable, professional and friendly. Paid attention to detail. Really nice to see someone take pride in their work.Update: came out today to flush the tankless water heater; a little over 30 minutes, glad they take care.

Their advertisement says $59 and they charge $59 Unlike the other ones I called that advertised low prices but then the price went up to $99 . They were honest on time very nice and did a great job I highly recommend this company

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.



I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.



Their prices are great! Their Service is great!



The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.



Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

SHeldon arrived on time and was very thorough . Took care of our problem & answered our questions.

Troy showed up quickly and evaluated the situation. He did not have the copper piping that was required so he fixed things so that I could turn my water back on. The supple houses were closed, this being a Sunday, so it was my choice to wait until Monday and not have the supply house open special. They will get the supplies tomorrow and fix everything completely. I was very pleased today as I expect to be when they come back. Always use a Rosie on the House partner!

We are so thankful for the professional and highly ethical services and care we received from our technician, Kieth Herzog at Mr. Rooter. Our hot water heater was ready to go....Kieth came out to perform the inspection and he was very courteous and patient explaining in detail what was needed to get the job done right. We live in an older home we had purchased from an investor that had been a long time rental and we were not aware of the substandard and potentially dangerous situation we had been living with until Mr. Herzog came and performed a thorough inspection. Our job wasn't a simple matter of replacing the water heater, there were a few other things that needed to be done to have the new unit properly installed. Sadly, the job was sorely out of our budget, so Kieth Herzog bent over backwards working for us for every possible discount off the original estimate that he could so we could better afford Mr. Rooter's expert services and he succeeded! If not for Kieth's above and beyond efforts, we would not have been able to enjoy the peace of mind we now have. We very highly recommend Kieth Herzog and Mr. Rooter Plumbing! It's so refreshing to work with professionals that exemplify honesty, integrity and sincere care for their customers!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Our gas fireplace was dirty and in need of cleaning. It also was temperamental and didn't always work right away. Greg S. explained all of our options. He was honest but didn't try to upsell us or pressure us. He cleaned and serviced the fireplace, and replaced the rocks, embers, and wall switch--which was the reason it didn't work 100% of the time before. Now, our fireplace looks amazing and runs like new!

Nick is very professional and timely. Outstanding customer service and quick on the job. He is our go to guy for anything plumbing related and would 1000% recommend to anyone needing install/repair.
