I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

So grateful for Ernesto who showed up from hero home services. He was here for no longer Than 30 minutes and assessed the situation and was able to fix the issue I was waiting to get fixed for over 12 hours. We had benjamin Franklin plumbing here for over 3 hours and they weren't ble to tackle the job nearly as good as Ernie. I'm a disabled person and can depend on heroes like Ernie to fix my problems. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Avoid. Hired them to fix an old galvanized pipe that was leaking water into my backyard. Charged me $330 just to put a cap on it. If that was the end of it, I would've been happy. But, the pipe then sprung a leak again on down, so I called back, said hey I hired you to fix a leak but it's still leaking, and they said it was going to be another $300 at least just to come out and do the repair. I called Sunland Plumbing in Youngtown for a 2nd opinion, their plumber came out, laughed at the work Mr. Rooter had done, and capped it off for $130.00. Mr Rooter takes advantage of the vulnerability of their customers and is NOT looking for repeat business. Go with Sunland.
