TSM Roofing was the perfect choice when it came to get a new roof for my home after sustaining storm damage. They worked with my insurance company to make the process simple and easy for me. They were very professional and explained things clearly and in detail. The entire roof replacement and new roof install took less than a day! My new roof is beautiful and compliments my house well and the product used is definitely a quality shingle.

From the initial estimate, we were very impressed with how thoroughly the examination of the existing roof was and the completeness of the description, terminology and cost explanation were. The estimator, David, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and had our trust immediately. He also explained we had to wait a while before they could start the job due to shipping delays for all the required new and replacement roofing supplies which we appreciated so there would be no delays once the job started. When the job started on the exact day/time scheduled, the project manager, Eddie, showed up and gave us the detailed schedule and plan. Their scheduler, Abril, kept us posted on shipping and scheduling progress. She efficiently contacted us so we never had to wonder. The crew showed up bringing all the supplies which were efficiently and quickly unloaded. They began work and continued non- stop all day except for a short break for lunch. The crew was very impressive in their speed, skill and thoroughness. The dumpster they used fit nicely next to our driveway so at no time did we have trouble get cars in or out. Small detail but important one Lyons ensured. The job was finished on time and at the price and with all details spoken of initially. There were some nice extras they do standard we noticed afterwards that really made our roof well above what we expected. From beginning to end, working with Lyons Roofing has been a professional pleasure and an amazing trust-filled experience. Their work and all their people are superior in every way. They came out and fixed the roof within a few days. Chris was awesome and the owner Alex was very kind and flexible on payments. I’ll definitely call them again if we need anything done. I highly recommend them.

I hired Multi-Pro after hiring a bad roofing company. Patrick and Kris were understanding to my situation and timeline. They not only listened but heard my concerns. They provided me with a comprehensive estimate and photos explaining exactly what needed to be done to repair and shingle my very neglected and damaged roof and structure. They provided me with pictures and updates during the entire process. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality job done by a company and staff with integrity, excellent communication skills, quality workmanship and who stands behind their work.

Knowledgiable company that does good work. We had them do 3 cool roofs and service 7 others all at the same time.once and they did it in a timely manner. Only one minor incident and the company addressed the problem immediately. They are really on top of things.

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I have had a working business relationship Steven and Bill at Diversified roofing dating back to 2017. They have always taken great care of my solar customers that need roof work done before panels can be installed.

I can expect excellent communication and a high quality finish each time Diversified Roofing works with a customer of mine. I can attest to their great work.

Diversified Roofing has been the primary reason I have been able to assist prior customers who have ambitious construction projects with many moving parts.

After a hail storm last spring I filed a claim with my home owner’s insurance. The adjuster came out, looked over my damage and said that they would be sending me a check. I had no idea what to do next. I called the owner of this company. He came to my house, looked over the damage, took plenty of pictures and said he would contact the insurance adjuster himself on my behalf if I didn’t mind. The next thing I knew was the insurance adjuster advised me that I would be receiving additional funds. He then called me wanting to know when I wanted the repairs done. From that point on I would receive a call from the project manager advising when each repair or replacement was to be done and everything was put back in better condition than it was before the storm.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.

Made broken promises

We have had Overson Roofing to our home for two different leaks, and in both incidents, they were professional, knowledgable, honest, and performed the repairs perfectly. They responded quickly when we had the emergency leak, and did the work without creating a mess. When everything was completed, the area that was repaired looked better than when the house was new. In fact, we regret that they weren't the contractors that installed the roof in the first place. We have owned two homes, and have hired many contractors over the years, but we cannot recommend any contractors as highly as we recommend Overson Roofing.
