The technician, James was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and pointed out interesting info and procedures along the way.A bit more expensive than comparable services but quality work.

Jon Brown was our service technician. He was professional, knowledgeable and had the needs of my family in mind throughout his service call. Repairs to our 14 year old A/C system were no longer recommended. Jon worked with me to purchase a new system that will meet my family’s needs for years to come. He also insured that I got the discounts I was entitled too and would be installed the following day. Excellent!The installation team lead by Caleb was on time, kept me informed about what they were doing, completely the job in a timely way and a did a good job cleaning up before finishing the job.

I was very happy that on very short notice, The Aussie Plumber company came through for us.Troy Greenwood arrived and owner James Hill arrived shortly after. Troy performed the task very much to our satisfaction. Afterwards, we spoke about a water heater replacement and after measuring the tight quarters, Troy determined we could install a 40 gallon to replace the 30 gallon we have now for about the same cost. We so appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend The Aussie Plumber company and Troy Greenwood.

Aaron showed up right on time, even though it was raining and most of the work was outside. He made quick work of the repairs during the breaks in the rain, and then finished with some small items in the bathroom. He was professional and very good at what he does. Lauren was amazing. After having two other plumbers try and clear out a clogged tub and sink drain and be unsuccessful, Lauren from Valleywide Plumbing came out and got it cleared out in less than an hour. She was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her and Valleywide.

Me and my wallet are never psyched when I have to call George Brazil, but they always make the process as painless and pleasurable as possible.

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

Very nice individual who was knowledgeable about the situation. Helped get our broken faucet out and installed a new one. Was able to work us into the schedule last minute and solve the problem.

Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.
