This company is amazing!! Daniel is awesome. He explained everything he was doing to finish the install of my hot water heater. He took his time and did a great job. The nice lady that answered my call was super nice and the gentleman I spoke with on Sunday when this all happened was also very polite. They got me scheduled fast. I would recommend this company 110%. ????

Noah and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly. They assessed the problem with the HVAC and serviced it in record time! Noah even drove to pick up the parts so that I didn’t need to reschedule the job. Michael did the maintenance work in the meantime and thoroughly explained other issues I should address soon. They were both very professional and I appreciated that.

Replaced copper pipe that leak on outer wall

UPDATED: Plumbing is a very difficult job and an essential service. These guys do the best they can.

After 3 weeks of waiting they came through and went above and beyond by replacing my water heater entirely under the home warranty. I am happy they were able to rectify the situation and i have no hard feelings.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Ricardo and Christopher were exactly who we needed after we learned our sewer pipe had broken up. It took them and their crew only 2 days to get everything done and believe me we had lots of work. They kept us informed throughout all the processes and we were grateful for their knowledge and stamina especially since the temps were so over the top! This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.
