I can't street enough how amazing my team members at Charity Plumbing are. We are currently slowly growing into a bigger company from a few yrs b4 I was an employee. As I learn I am impressed by my coworkers' knowledge of the craft. I learn something new everyday. And I have been a client in a way. When I first moved to my apt my coworker Tyler helped with a clog that had been an issue for a month. I hadn't had much experience at the time and when he came to my place my landlord told him the he tried to unclog it and he also said that Tyler would need a longer cable to reach the clog. Well Tyler let him know that he's experienced enough for my landlord not to worry and that he would just give it a look and do the very best he can and if he felt it needed a bigger cable he would then use an auger with a longer cable. Well he unclogged the toilet and it's been working well since. That is my experience as a client/customer with this company. It gave me a perspective from a client to standpoint on the type of service I clients get here and the type of service I was going to be giving clients also as an employee.

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

I am the caregiver of my 89 year old parents. It is important to me that my parents live in the house they watched being built in 1956. CJ Evans came to do an electrical check of our home. We loved his caring and professional personality right off the bat. We had just had our dryer go out and we asked him to take a look at the outlet. Upon his inspection we could see the how old the wiring was. We asked him to look at the wiring in the attic. He addressed and answered our questions with patience and kindness. When he was done and we could see that the wiring had to be taken care of it was very hard on my parents. CJ was so sympathetic and encouraging with us. It turned out to be a lot of work, but CJ explained the whole process to us and was able to calm our fears.
