RIP offs that look for vulnerable people I would never trust these people wish I could put no stars

My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

Dan with Custom Plumbing was amazing. From the time he showed up till he was done. He had a tough task ahead of him with our shower and he was honest about it. It took him overall 2-3 days to complete due to the stubborn shower valve. During that time he Had to leave to grab parts and even stayed late at night to get this finished. He was a super professional and got the job done and I couldn’t have asked for a better people person and professional to have come to my house. Definitely contact Custom Plumbing and DEFINITELY ask for Dan!

Water softener leak. Our techician, Daniel, wàs excellent. He was on time and was right on with the estimate. He was knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend Daniel at Parker and Sons.

We had water leakage in master bath and ceiling was moist. Zoltan was out the next morning within the committed time frame. He tried his level best to re-produce the problem but unfortunately we were not able to re-produce it. He shared his number with us and told us to call him back the moment we see the leakage again. He was super professional and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend Laszlo Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

Wow! First time using Blue Plumbing and will definitely use again!! They arrived promptly on time, was extremely courteous, professional yet friendly.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Great JOB. Jamie is a true professional. He explained options we could consider and the pros and cons of each option. No pressure sales to buy any of the options. He is a hard worker and did a great job. We are very happy with the outcome. The job turned out to be way better than we had expected. Very nice respectful young man. I used this company to fix our water main. When they did the installation they cut the line to our sprinkler system. I called them when I realized our sprinklers were not working. They said they cannot do anything, but would have the owner call me. I never heard anything. I called a few weeks later and spoke to the owner who said they didn't cut the line to the sprinklers and they had pictures. I asked if he could come take a look. He said he would come out the next day and I never heard from them again. I had to hire another company to fix this and this added another $1200 on to my bill above the few thousand I paid Charity plumbing.

Generally, they are really good folks. Issue I had is it took them 2 tries to fix my main water line and couldn't come back until a few days later for the rework, so giving them 4 stars instead of 5.
