Moon Valley came out today to fix a couple plumbing issues with my bathroom. Dan gave me a very reasonable quote and then when he took everything apart, he found that the issue was due to an extra piece someone installed and instead of charging me the quoted price for a brand new part, he dealt with the extra piece and charged me accordingly. This company is honest and fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was almost run off of the freeway by an employee. They were driving extremely wreck less. Riding my bumper, chasing me down after I attempted to get away. I called to report this driver and never heard back. I would not have hesitated to sue this company if my daughter and I were hit. I hope this individual has been fired. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and ignorant to do it in a company van with an easily identifiable license plate. I will never use this company.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Alec arrived in a timely manner, was very cordial and went right to the issue in our shower. He looked at the problem and explained to us what he thought he would do hoping it would be the less timely, less expensive most desirable path to take. If that didn’t work he let us know what plan B was and the higher cost that would be. When the job was completed he explained the warranty and the option to sign on with an annual maintenance agreement. He had us sign all the pages as he explained what we were signing. Told us how much he liked working for George Brazil and assured us we had made a good choice and hoped he can serve us again.

What a treat to be able to get efficient, fast and pleasant people to come at a moment's notice! While I thought it was only a leak under the sink, they were able to replace the garbage disposal (had one in the car!) and unclogged the sink all in one go. They were able to come the day I called them and fit me in and the extra work was not a problem! They were lovely to deal with and cleaned up nicely after they finished. Great with my dogs, too! Thank you SO much!!! Will be calling you again!

Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day. I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
