I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.

Short version: The company is expensive, has very poor communication, doesn't do what they say they are going to do and are technically incompetent.Long version:Went with Penguin originally because of the seemingly good reviews that they had on Google. We had been having issues with our AC for a couple months and were willing to pay the extra money to go with a reputable company so that we could end the nightmare. Unfortunately, it was really only the beginning. The day the AC was installed we could not get the temperature below 85 degrees. Whoever I talked to would try and tell me that the new systems were not as good as the old R22 systems and that the tech had confirmed before they left everything was working as intended. That didn't seem likely so I asked to have someone else come out.The next individual came and did nothing as they seem to have multiple different departments in AC (warranty, install, tech - not really sure) who all have a variety of excuses as to why they are not the right person to assist and will pass the problem off to the next person.The next guy came out and said that the refrigerant was low and filled it up and apologized. I was cautiously optimistic that would help but it did not.The next guy came out and said that the ducts were not properly sealed and he had put tape on the outside to fix it. I asked, incredulously, whether tape was going to be the final fix for the leak and he said it was rated for 25 years and would be fine. I found this a little suspicious but said okay.The next morning I went into my attic to blow insulation to try and do anything I could to cool my house down from the 110+ degree heat and found the attic was probably more comfortable than my house. So...The next guy came out and said that the tape the previous guy had put on had fallen off and it should really be applied to the inside of the ducts otherwise the air will push it away (makes sense). After pressuring him for some more details on the issue, he finally admits the initial tech also messed up and put a piston system instead of a TXV which is what my unit requires and is likely the source of my problem. They also advise that part will take a couple weeks to get.At this point I'm obviously a bit frustrated and call a couple times requesting to have a manager or someone call me back. As of now, I have yet to have anyone from management contact me even though I have requested it multiple times.Good news is they got the part earlier.The next guy came and installed it. Bad news is the unit is now running worse than it was before. Haven't even called to deal with that yet. Maybe they will finally get their act together and call me back like they were supposed to.Bonus: They put a hole in my ceiling when they stepped through it. In their defense, they did send someone out to fix it though. I'm okay with companies making mistakes if they make right. Unfortunately, this was the only case where they did.

Master bath toilet was not flushing properly. They came out and did some diagnostics and adjustments but it still wasn't flushing to my satisfaction. Called back to get a redispatch. There was no argument and the plumber showed up the next day on time. Jacob was very professional and even though the problem was not able to be diagnosed (it flushed every time for him even with him spending a good deal of time trying to make it misbehave- stupid toilet.) I was not charged for the second visit at all.

Very happy with service and I'll say in about 10 years I have not had a bad interaction with Goettl.

A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

Recommended by my in-laws after a bad experience with another company (Mr. Rooter). This was a assumed that be a simple repair (replacement of a bathtub spout/diverter because the shower was not working). Mr. Rooter claimed that the shower valve needed replaced ($800), but before that could happen, a water filtration system/soft water loop needed to be installed in order to rid the plumbing lines of the calcium scale build-up ($2000) which without would render the replacement valve useless.The Day and Night technician was on-time, professional and diagnosed the true root issue immediately. He determined and proved that all that needed to be done was replacing the bathtub spout/diverter assembly in order to restore shower function. He even went to Home Depot to get the right assembly! From start-to-finish, the whole job took about an hour (including Home Depot time) and the shower works like a charm. The repair cost was extremely reasonable, especially considering what the other guys were trying to soak me for! Cannot say enough good about this company and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks a million Day and Night Air Conditioning/Plumbing!!!!!!!

I had a check up service scheduled where they come out to make sure everything was running smoothly before summer weather hits. Well, there were two people that showed up and one guy climbed up into my attic to inspect the unit and said it was rusted out, while the other guy stood at the bottom of the ladder impeding me to be able to look up in the attic too. After a few moments the guy in the attic began telling me my unit was leaking and was not cooling my house adequately. I was a little confused since they had it cranked cold and I was actually freezing cold inside my house, but figured it was because it wasn't getting too hot outside yet. They told me my unit was rusted out and he showed me a photo that he took when he was up there so I believed him. But then he said I would need a whole new unit for $8000 because this one is old and it would cost just as much to find the leak and fix it. Since I had a home warranty I decided to see if they would fix my leak or better yet cover a new system before I dropped $8K on one. When the home warranty AC guy came out he said everything was fine, so I was shocked and actually climbed up into the attic with him this time and guess what? No rust! We even disassembled nearly the whole unit to try and find what I saw in the photo days before. I was lied to and showed a false photo by the ACE guy, so now I had to pay for a home warranty service call when nothing was even wrong! Also, when the ACE technician was here he was really trying to push a sale, saying that he could not guarantee a price later and telling me how he could hook me up with a special price from his boss etc. etc. if I signed up today. I am disgusted with how this company is managed, and the worst part is when I later emailed the tech that took the photo and asked him to send it to me he conveniently had already deleted it from his ipad. It is 106 degrees outside today and as I was riding my bike home sweating profusely I saw an ACE van on my street which inspired me to write this review as I was greeted by a perfectly chilled house when I got home. Thieves! Oh, and the guys name on the business card I was given was Ryan Grimes if that helps anyone out.

Just saw Beall's had only 1 review on here, and I've been using them for nearly 15 years now. One of the Beall's brothers did an outstanding job on a water main replacement and repiping the entry to my 70 year old house about 6 or 7 years ago. Was a long haul, and he gave me a superb break for having it trenched already, and the pipe layout and fitting was outstanding. Longer than that, they've been my go-to guys for drain snaking and more, and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. Better than that, they're in the Creighton community, and right down the street from my house in Arcadia Light. Nice to have somebody in the hood.
