Very friendlyJosh found a broken parts rather than purchasing the part he “jury rigged” a part from another.I will purchase the part and replace it myself.We are looking for a new plumbing service… not sure if your business will be the one we choose.Two hours later :Received a call from Parker and son’s management wanted to make things right. We explaining we are not upset with the service agent he was very pleasant. We were expecting him to repair the unit with a new parts.Parker and sons wanted so much to make it right they called and offered to refund us our service fee. I so appreciate this good management practice that I will be considering using them in the future for all my service needs.

Contacted Hero Home Services when sewer line became plugged. John came out promptly and found the problem with a camera late in the day. This was Dec 23rd. George and his crew came out on 12/24 and worked to expose the pipe that was being crushed by a huge tree root. They hooked up a temporary line for us to use Christmas Day. George and crew were back 12/26 and the line fixed. John, George and crew were hard working guys!

They are pretty experienced and will complete the work with great quality, i can’t thank them enough I would highly recommended them.

Mike was prompt, courteous, and efficient when servicing our dishwasher. Wore a mask to protect us seniors and left the site clean as he found it? would recommend to all neighbors and friends!

We had our whole house water re pipe done by Arizona Integrity plumbing. The thought of having this done made me very nervous. Ramiro and Byanka were clean professional and very friendly. I give this company an A+ from start to finish, you can't even see where the holes were cut in my walls.

Well I initially did not give a perfect score because i did not get same day service but when Chad showed up the next day and fixed my problem i was really impressed, especially that he was very pleasant and helpful answering the many questions I had. Kudos to Chad from a happy customer. Thank you and Penguin has a customer for all my future plumbing needs.I used them again to replace my water heater..Austin was great, did the job well and was very polite and accomodating. He inpected all the plumbing and everything was complted and operational during the visit.Keep up the good work guys, thank you.

Recommended by our neighbor, sent a service request Friday via their mobile website. Expected to hear back maybe Monday or when someone eventually check that Inbox. Within an hour they had called me for a same day appointment!

The technician Sean called before arriving, showed up on time. His company truck had plenty of equipment and parts.

Sean was professional, took time to explain our plumbing issues and discussed possible fixes. He performed the service to exceed our expectations, very impressed.

I must admit, after hearing bad stories about plumbing companies I was apprehensive, but due to our neighbor recommendation and the care we received, we are sticking with Donley now. Thanks!

I contacted Chas Roberts about a failed thermostat. The unit is still under warranty and I was told there would be a $85 trip charge. But since the part was initial installed by Chas Roberts and under warranty I agreed to pay for the trip. When the technician arrived he told me the thermostat was bad and even though the part is warrantied I would have to pay $250 for the service !! So Chas Roberts is charging me $335 for service on a unit I could order from Amazon for $122. Very deceptive sales practice especially considering they installed the original equipment that went bad under warranty.

A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

They installed two toilets and a garbage disposal. The installation seemed thorough and complete. My plumber Kyler was very friendly and thorough and wanted to make sure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied

Scott has always been there for AC repairs and now finally a replacement. He was prompt with service and we had a new unit quickly installed. I will definitely be using his services again!

Joshua came and spent almost all day Tuesday to get AC to keep house temp below 80. Yet Wednesday temp went back up to 80. Thermostat set at 75. Got the nesssge that system is calling for cooling yet temp had risen 3 degrees…. Joshua replaced something he thought might be the problem but apparently not. He tried but it didn’t work. Unit is two years old.

Terrible! They didn't show up and when I called to explore what happened they teed off on me. Wasted 2 hours with them. Never use them again!

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!
