Best Heat Pump Work in Phoenix AZ

Cost me $800 including parts and labor to have brand new Rheem hot water heater installed 1 year ago. Couldn't do my annual flush was clogged wanted to charge me $900 to fix not including new hot water heater. Rip off never call again. Will tell everybodyTried to upsell me everything but the kitchen sink. Still charged me $60 for service call even though they charge $59 for hot water heater service was not performed.

We began the day seeking a quote for hot water heater replacement.Without prior knowledge or preparation, Ramesh coordinated with Kris and Joe Lord to install a water softener in addition to the new hot water heater, along with two cartridges and a faucet.All of the work was done in an absolutely professional manner, but also in a very friendly way. The installation was remarkable, especially in contrast to the prior amateurish install.There are pictures of the finished product. The entire extemporaneous project was completed by sundown.We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work that was done or the skilled tradesman that performed it.Kudos to your entire staff.

Tech was a nice guy. Lit my gas water heater. Charged me $150.00 to do so. That is ridiculous. Will Not use these guys again.

I called about a leakage and the technician was out in a hour. He fixed the problem in about a hour tops. He was very nice even though it was a leaking toilet at the end of his day. Great customer service!

I highly recommend American Discount Plumbing. My 30+ year old plumbing needed a new rough valve and trim at the bathtub. Paul did an awesome job from cutting through the back wall to getting everything to fit! I found ADP to be a reliable, honest company. I was very pleased with the work and the price. Aqua Pro Plumbing Co provided excellent service when we had a clogged sewer. They arrived quickly and were very professional in their approach. They were able to snake the line and fix the problem in a timely manner, allowing us to use our shower again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Update: I wanted to give them another try since I had already paid for membership. I needed a 1-1/4 inch water pressure regulator installed on the main. They quoted me over $1000!! I called the people that did my water softener and said they’d do it for $450. Hyper expensive and not worth it. Membership gets you nothing.

Not happy. Plumber showed up without the tools to do the job and asked to borrow mine, then he still couldn’t do the job because he forgot his saw so he called a second plumber to come do the work. The “free home inspection” was a joke. Just turned on a few faucets, asked if things drained well, that was it. Extremely overpriced as well.

I had Dillion G as my consultation and install person. From start to finish he did an excellent job. He put no pressure on me and answered all my questions fully and professionally. You could tell just by his mannerisms that he was a trustworthy person and made me feel comfortable thru out the process. Would honestly recommend this company as the professionalism shown is hard to find.

He provided us with multiple options and was honest about the costs and time frames associated with each. We are very pleased with the results!

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.
