This company is fantastic! We have older apartment units that periodically develop plumbing issues. While my husband often did the repairs in the past , he travels a lot and misses the opportunity ? to make the repairs. However, he is very picky about workmanship, reliability and price and he is very happy with the service we have received from Option One Plumbing.

Technician was great to work with!

Had my sewer line fixed, new cleanouts put in and had a section of my sewer vent replaced. Work came out great, company was very responsive and there quote was much more reasonable then other companies. For the estimate they were one of the only company’s to actually look at everything with a camera and discuss options, unlike other companies that came over asked a few questions and threw out a crazy price tag. Would definitely recommend using them for all of your plumbing needs.

Painless removal of old and install of new water heater. Richard knew his trade well and did a nice job. I shopped around and found this to be the most reasonably priced. I could have paid $600 more for a bigger more recognized name company, but why? The job was just finished, therefore time will tell if it was truly money well spent.

Emergency Labor day call out, because the previous job finished early they arrived before the after hours cut off so the extra fee was waived, Mike is obviously a very seasoned and experienced plummer, sorted the problem in no time at all. Excellent service.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.

Paul installed a tankless water heater where my daughter is living. Not only was he the most reasonably priced, he went to work right away snd finished the job in timely manner. He also rushed out after a false fire alarm , just in case. It was a dead battery in the fire alarm. I would highly recommend . I am a real estate agent and need good plumbers in my life.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

This company did everything that I hired them to do. On time, very professional & very nice. They had the best and honest service I have ever had regarding any company I have ever hired. Just really impressed especially with the work they did.

Was looking for a plumber for same day drain clearing since my kitchen sink was backed up. Called 4 place before calling Zippity Split Plumbing and no one was able to come out for several days. Called these guys at 8:30am and they were at my house by 1pm. Spencer showed up, very professional and super friendly. He cleared drain and out the door in no time. Highly recommend them, from first phone call to the end of the service call, was a great experience. They will be our go to plumber from now on.

Joe responded to our call quickly. He diagnosed the issue and worked closely with us to fix the problem. It was a big job involving excavating part of the driveway but he and his workers did an amazing job and actually charged less than his original quote. He took pictures along the way to update us and let us see exactly what the issue was. Everything about Joe is top notch. We highly recommend him!

But to our surprise, Elvis was sent out right away and he arrived within the hour. He was very efficient and had the problem fixed in no time. Elvis was also very courteous and professional and made sure we were aware of the problem and how he was going to fix it.
