Chad was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and courteous. He performed my yearly maintenance routine and everything checked out okay and is working properly. Purchased my unit in 2017 and I'm reaping the savings. I used to pay almost $300 for one household in the summer months and my June bill is projected to be $150 this month.Invest in a new unit it's worth the savings!!! I really appreciated talking to a live person when I called to get the repair information on my Split AC unit. And not only did I get to talk to a real person, they were also very friendly!Robert was was our tech and I can't say enough about his very professional service, and he also was super friendly!I wish more companies would conduct themselves with this great quality of customer service!

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.
