Update: I previously wrote the review below. I had poor service and was frustrated to be contacted and asked to write a review. Clearly the person who contacted me hadn't read about my service calls or they wouldn't have asked for a review. Within a couple of days of posting the review below I was contacted by Steve (who I believe is either the owner or GM). He at first offered to provide a partial refund but then after listening to the details of my experience, apologized and asked what he could do. I didn't feel that I had been overcharged but did feel that a previous repair was incomplete. He spent a couple of days finding a part that was missing and scheduled someone to come out and fix it. They were communicative, courteous, and very professional. The tech who came out was great and fixed the remaining issue. It's a relief to see that customer service is still a priority to Diamondback. I am still a loyal customer and appreciate the attention their management gave to resolving my issue.Previous Review:Very disappointed in the service recently from this company. I almost wonder if they are under new ownership. Twice I've had work done that wasn't completed properly. The first time they never sent anyone back to fix the poor workmanship and the second time the Manager tried to convince me that they were "giving me a deal" for charging me almost $300 for replacing a faucet. The tech detached the drain stopper and when I realized it and called them to finish the repair, I was told that wasn't included. It was all BS. The drain worked previously, the tech new there was a new part, and never said a word just left with the work incomplete. Not a great experiences, sadly, after years of really great service.

Came to my house same day and fixed my leak without a problem! Great guys to talk with as well!

Wyman Plumbing was excellent from the scheduling to the service provided. The communication was thorough with text and email for appointment confirmation, work order details and receipt. The receptionist was nice and easy to talk to for making an appointment. The plumber James R. Was friendly, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. He figured out our two issues and fixed them with skill and diligence. First time using this company. Definitely our first choice if we need plumbing services again!

Responsive, friendly, trustworthy and did great work. I would absolutely use Simba Plumbing again.

I really appreciate how timely and communicative they were. I was able to get an appointment very soon after calling them for the first time. They also kept me updated with a reminder the day before, information about who my technician would be, their expected arrival, and they gave me a confirmation call when he was heading over. They also explained the issue, the recommended fix, and afterwards they demonstrated it worked correctly.



My technician, Cameron, also had all around good customer service. He wore booties, asked my preference for knocking every time he needed to come back inside, cleaned up after himself, was polite and even funny, and most importantly my doggies loved him. All around a pleasant experience.

Emil was phenomenal to work with. They were able to respond to our issue late into the night and didn’t leave until it was 100% fixed. Emil was friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help. If I ever need help again, I’ll do what I can to ask for Emil.

Generally, they are really good folks. Issue I had is it took them 2 tries to fix my main water line and couldn't come back until a few days later for the rework, so giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

George has done several jobs for us always in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Recently we had our water heater go out and we provided us with multiple options depending on what we wanted to get. He is a solid guy and does excellent work. We have referred him to many people and they have all reported back how pleased they were with his work and price.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!
