Called these guys at noon and they were here at 3:00. Vicente (Not sure how to spell his name?) he was Very Polite & Very Professional. He had the job done in minutes it felt like. Not to mention he cleaned up after him and it looked better than it did before! I would recommend Vicente for sure to anyone! I will definitely be calling these guys again! One of the best plumbing experiences I ever had! This company has a Great worker and I hope they realize that!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Michelle has been out to my condo twice now. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. She knows her products well. During her visit she communicated everything I needed to know very clearly and she handled the task of getting me qualified to finance a new air conditioning unit like a pro.Ignacio and Angel came to my condo today to install the new unit. The two of them were also very professional. They worked very hard on this hot day and finished the work on time as promised. During the visit Ignacio also communicated very clearly about the unit and what I could expect during operation. Very pleased with my entire interaction with Jack Plumbing. I contacted 3 plumbers about scheduling the installation of faucets after our new countertops were installed. I got a call back within 10 minutes of contacting Jack . They were able to move up my appointment when the countertops were ready earlier than expected. The plumber was young, but the owner was in and out to give tips and help out as needed in the middle of his busy morning. The work was much better than if I had tried to do it myself and they stuck to the price they quoted me on the phone.
