This is the second time I have used Peerless to assist with one of my investment properties. I had water backing up in my washer drain and needed a them to help find out what the issue was. Christian came out promptly and discovered the issue with a sewer scope/camera. He was extremely helpful in assisting me and the contractor determine both the problem and fix. I called on a Saturday morning and frank called to get more information and give an eta and idea of pricing for my sink that wouldn't drain within a few hours. He was polite, communicative and even put up with my guard dog chihuahua mutt. I broke my main waterline putting in fence post holes (DOH!), and was able to put in a pretty sketchy temporary fix, but obviously I needed a professional repair pretty quickly. The first plumber I called flaked on me the day they were supposed to come and did not show up. I found Plumbrite in a couple of recommendations on NextDoor, and gave them a call. Aaron was very professional and honest about his availability, but assured me he absolutely would show up. As it turns out, he called me back and let me know he should be able to come out later that day instead of two days later if he could get the parts. He called again to let me know he was able to get the parts, then called again to let me know he was on his way. His estimate for the parts and labor were very fair (plumbing expertise does not come cheap and gas and parts prices are through the roof). He even encouraged me to call around for other estimates to be sure I was satisfied. He arrived when he said he would and was able to make a perfect repair very quickly. Then to my total shock, the bill came out less than the estimate! In talking to Aaron while he worked, it was very clear to me that Plumbrite knows how to run a successful business by making customer satisfaction their top priority. I will absolutely call them first for any future plumbing needs, and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

I needed to get the sewer main replaced for a home I was selling, got three quotes and Michael from George Brazil was the most professional by far. Called Edwards Plumbing early Saturday morning because we had an emergency and they arrived within an hour to help out! Really professional team and would surely recommend them as well as use them again.

Dave was very professional and easy to work with. He gave us a quote that was very reasonable; explained what he would do; what was expected of us for him to complete his work in a timely and efficient way. He was on time and had completed the water installation in about an hour.

Water was leaking from an exterior pipe on the side of the house. Spoke with Kelly from Arizona Integrity Pluming and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. It was the irrigation pipe and even though we no longer used our irrigation system there was still pressure in the pipe. Kelly suggested that we turn off the water to that pipe and to use wd40 since it was rusted. We took Kelly's advice and presto the water leak stopped. Literally all we had to do was turn a handle and Kelly knew that. He is an honest man and he is the perfect example of why Arizona Integrity Pluming lives up to their name!

Joey Miller called to say he was hung up in traffic but managed to get here sooner than he thought......still within the appointment window........got to servicing our AC unit and reported that both AC and Heat were perfect. That was all I expected until he graciously offered to hose off our solar panels while he was up there......which I greatly appreciated. I whole-heartedly recommend Penguin to honestly and professionally service all of your plumbing, heating or AC needs.

Pushy employees. Repeatedly tried to sell us a water softener when called out for a bad shut off valve. Ridiculous pricing. Terrible experience. Will never consider doing business in the future. Would sooner let my house flood than call them again.

ON Feb 12, 2019, we called Water Heaters Only after our tank had a leak and Trevor E. arrived at our house a couple hours later and replaced it immediately. Overall, we're extremely happy with this quick and efficient service.
