I can’t say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful, and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we’re very professional, polite and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in there ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn’t be done for under $190. I’ve already begun to recommend them to my family and friends. They have earned a customer for life. Chris promised to come back in 3 days. Told me to swap out the hot water heater, get a new one and he would put it in for me. I bought the heater and here it sets. Couldn’t figure out why my toilets were losing water either. Dissatisfied in all aspects and would never use them under any circumstances again.

I have used them in the past when a pipe burst and my house flooded and they were fine, however, I will never use again. This past visit I spent over $100 for the (not friendly) guy to come out, he fixed nothing and did not address all issues presented.

My family has been using Alexander's Plumbing for 6 years. They do periodic maintenance on our hot water heater, installed a salt water softening system and home filtering system, installed a garbage disposal, installed raised toilets, replaced shower cartridges etc. I had originally contracted for a plumber six years ago for a service call and the plumber never showed. I came across Alexander's Plumbing through a social media request looking for a plumber. During our latest call, Alexander's Plumbing identified a failed recirculation pump manifold and replaced it. He also gave me assistance with my toilet and shower drain and informed me in ways I can keep them from getting clogged. He was professional and courteous the whole time. Chris was able to move my guest bathroom sink drain and plumbing over about 3 feet in a block wall to accommodate our new vanity: while he was there he also was able to replace a leaky hose bib: he did beautiful work and was super quick! Very happy with their service

What a treat to be able to get efficient, fast and pleasant people to come at a moment's notice! While I thought it was only a leak under the sink, they were able to replace the garbage disposal (had one in the car!) and unclogged the sink all in one go. They were able to come the day I called them and fit me in and the extra work was not a problem! They were lovely to deal with and cleaned up nicely after they finished. Great with my dogs, too! Thank you SO much!!! Will be calling you again!
