Being the owner of 8 houses, let me tell you, I've had experiences with many plumbing companies and Diamondback is simply the best yet. I desperately needed the main drain hydro-jetted and when several others told me "next day", Diamondback stepped right up and got it done WITHIN AN HOUR! As if that's not enough, their price also beat everyone else. Liz did a great job with fitting me into the schedule, providing transparent pricing, and following up afterwards to ensure utmost satisfaction. My husband and I used APS for a plumbing inspection on a house. They gave us a 4 hour window and called when they were 1 hour out (which schedule wise was very helpful). VERY satisfied with this company. Our last 2 water bills have been over $100 and there's currently only 1 person living in my home. I called the city of Phoenix and they said sorry you need to call a plumber. I friend recommended Spencer and I reached out. He was kind enough to inform me that my needs were out his personal knowledge experience but if I called the main number the dispatcher would send the best person for the job. Scheduling was a breeze and DJ was at my house the next day earlier than expected (which was awesome!) He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. He fixed what was needed and also showed me other areas that will need attention in the future in order to avoid major disasters (my water heater). Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
