They cannot even give me a quote for the labor charge range for replacing a water heater over the phone. They have replaced water heater many time but the number was 300-500 may be more or may be less. This doesnt sound experience.

I called them today 12-20-2022. Alan came out the same day and replaced my water heater quick and I have hot water now. Taking cold showers is no fun. Hi. I just wanted to share the most pleasant experience using George Brazil for an electrical issue. The electrician that came was Bobby J.. He did a great job assessing the problem and fixing it in a fast efficient way. He explained what he eas doing and how he was going to fix it so it wouldn't happen again. He was great. I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

This is the plumber you want!! They are extremely competitively priced and the work they did was truly exceptional! I really can’t speak highly enough about how they exceeded my expectations. We had a service line leak, a pretty bad one at that, and they came out right away to have a look. The next day they had it completely fixed, but not only that, we couldn’t even tell our front yard had been dug up!! We actually checked the neighbors lawn worried they may have had a mix up in address lol but upon super close inspection were able to find a tiny bit of evidence the digging had occurred. I’m so impressed with their work! They made the whole stressful ordeal so easy from start to finish. I will most definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and will be recommending them to others. Seriously, do yourself a favor and choose this company for your plumbing problem!

Edit: Turns out I needed a plumber for a kitchen sink drain clog yesterday and luckily I knew exactly who to call! I wish this company was more than just plumbing because I would call them for everything. They came out quickly and got the job done for a fair price. But on top of that, they’re genuinely nice people to work with. They’ve once again exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

Its a good place to be

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.
