Fast, reliable, too quality, puts clients first. Our wall leak could have been on the surface or in the wall. They checked everything first to see if they had to cut into the wall. By doing the checks first they confirmed surface only thus did not have to cut into the wall. Saving money and a separate call to a drywaller. I respect they didn't go a path that would have been more cost first.

Awesome service from call to tech resolving problem. Tech arrived on time and assessed problem. Found a way to resolve problem for half the original quote. There is no way to delicately talk about a backed up toilet in men’s room at a warehouse but I’m one happy customer and will use them again!

My mom spends winters in Cave Creek, so I needed to help her find a good plumber to replace her hot water heater and fix several other problems, including faucet valves and the main water valve that were basically seized up from calcium deposits.

I'm really glad I found Peace of Mind Plumbing during an Internet search. Joe came by and analyzed the hot water system and suggested installing a tankless water heater and integrated recirculating pump. He gave us a very good price for a modern Navien heater with a stainless heat exchanger and did a beautiful job installing it. The house now gets an endless supply of instant hot water.

Also, my mom has really nice faucets in the bathroom, but several had corroded cartridges, so the knobs were very hard to turn. Joe removed the bad cartridges and brought them to his plumbing supplier to identify the correct replacement cartridge. Most plumbers wouldn't bother doing this-- they'd just say you had to replace the entire faucet. Joe did a great job and the faucets work as good as new... and his charge was more than reasonable.

Joe also pointed out that the water valves under the sink had frozen (no surprise after 20 years of Arizona hard water) and replaced those with better quality valves, so everything is in order now. My mom is thrilled!

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

The faucet was broken on the inside. The home warranty company was going to replace it with a much lower type unit, but the repair person gave me time to go to Home Depot to get an equal type. I think the home warranty company should reimburse me for the one I didn’t use but that is yet to be determine. The repair itself was done professionally and the ice water line was redone.

Joshua came and spent almost all day Tuesday to get AC to keep house temp below 80. Yet Wednesday temp went back up to 80. Thermostat set at 75. Got the nesssge that system is calling for cooling yet temp had risen 3 degrees…. Joshua replaced something he thought might be the problem but apparently not. He tried but it didn’t work. Unit is two years old.
