I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

Our water heater burst and since we had used Day & Night before, we called them immediately. Justin came out the next day and gave me a quote for a tankless system. He and his assistant, Ignacio, came out the next day to install. We are beyond satisfied with the work done. They were prompt and professional and left our house in better shape than when they found it. Every person that we've come into contact with has gone the extra mile. They do r/o systems, water softeners and a/c. They will get ALL our business from now on. Finally, someone who does it all and does it all VERY WELL!

I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!

I called them to come out and check my furnace which was not operating properly. They said they would waive the diagnostic call charge since they owed me for a tune up call they never did. The guy was here for less then an hour and charged me $300, yes that's correct, $300 for less then an hours work. Seems very dishonest since their tune up call which takes longer is listed on their web site as $69. I would not do business with these people again and I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company.
