especially since he had to get an approval for a part-then pick it up. It's already 97° in the house . EXTREMELY Hot ?.. David-
He was very pleasant, diligent courteous, respectful ,and got the job done.The company is lucky to have him. WHEW !!

PV Plumbing is a very knowledgeable and customer focused company. I was very impressed with how they took time to listen and come up with good solutions to my problems.
The only issue I had is that they are too good and too in demand. They are very busy and the amount of work they are doing leads to minor timing and administrative issues. These shortcomings are insignificant overall, but they do exist. It was easy for me to overlook the issues due to quality of work and good price on the work. Overall a great company and I would gladly use them again.

Estimator Curtis was respectful, gave me several options and answered all my questions.

We had our hot and cold pipes replaced. Byanka, Ramiro, and Sergie were outstanding. They were courtious and made the process easy on us. Thank you.

We bought a service agreement with them, after receiving an offer in the mail. After dropping our Home Owners Warranty, we needed something to cover our three units. The next week the unit for our basement died...of course! They came out, serviced all three units and the Hot Water Heater, and replaced the dead unit. The service was included in the contract, and the new unit discounted. The Home Warranty company would have found a reason to not cover it...just like everything else. Unless a seller is paying for a one year warranty, do not waste your money on a Home Warranty! However, if you live in AZ, you need to call Hays and get coverage!Welp! Just had Hays out for a plumbing problem. Doing so saved us $5000 that the National Company quoted us...they would have flushed our money down the drain!! Thanks Jason and crew!!

Had a new ac unit installed at my home. Nathan White was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had me set up and installed in under 2 days from my first call. Would highly reccomend these guys.

I had a water pump that was stuck in the on position, burning up, and spewing water everywhere. I called and they had someone out in 30 minutes to help me. Evan, my tech, was so knowledgeable and worked at quick as possible. I will definitely be using them in the future!

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

Steve and the whole team were amazing! Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We wanted a Mini-split system for our master bedroom. Six other companies didn't want to do it. Steve said no problem, let's do it! I've never slept so cool! After our main unit was installed there was a loud rattle every time it turned on. We called Steve and he was out the next day to fix it! They are not the cheapest company in town, but you get what you pay for, especially in HVAC. I would highly recommend Environmental Taming for any HVAC needs you have.

Technician Kyle Frederickson was very helpful. Initially, I was only scheduled for a check up but in the meantime my heater had stopped working. Kyle found the solution to the problem. The unit needed an expensive part (contactor) as well as having extremely plugged up coils. He went over the options and helped me find the most economical solution to the problem. By getting the maintenance package and an air purification system, I avoided having to replace the coils and saved on the repair and am now covered for any future problems. He showed me a picture of the coils before and after cleaning them. He also found some discounts I qualified for which was a big help.
