Eric is a friendly and very nice young man. He did a fantastic job and explained in detail the steps as he progressed. The tile is very professionally done. The trim and the shampoo box are a beautiful touch to the tub area. He took his time to be sure all is perfect. The countertop and faucet set are gorgeous. Very professionally installed as well. We are happy with the results.

JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. The renovation was completed with the utmost professionalism, minimal dirt and disturbance to the rest of the house. Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company repaired and also gave suggestions so that our HVAC runs well.

A&M provided me with honest and quick service. They worked with me to get the best deal possible on a new HVAC system. They were amazing in their ability to remove and install my new unit in very rough terrain. Their customer service is excellent. Since I was unable to be present during the installation, they kept me informed through phone calls, emails, texts, photos and videos. Considering the mess of installation, their cleaned up was immaculate. They have gone out of their way to provide help with every aspect of the a new system, and I can rest assured that they will help me maintain my system for years to come.

Ryan was very honest and informative on the service call at my house. Not only were they quick to respond and arrive, but he also explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!). He fixed the problem during the service call and helped make the process very easy and as cost effective as possible. I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done. He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.
