Great plumber to work with, great service and even better price!

I had my annual inspections of both plumbing and HVAC done on the same day. Troy did my plumbing. He was friendly and professional, answering all my questions and provided superior service. Likewise, when Philip and Ivan did the HVAC inspection, I received the attention and courtesy I have come to expect. Phil took the time to educate me about air quality and showed me how to get the most from my system. Day & Night is fast becoming an essential part of my Arizona living.

We had a leak on the exterior wall near a drain clean out leaking from the concrete foundation. Two other plumbers looked at it and could not identify the problem. Phoenix Plumbing and Drain came and Instantly knew what the problem was and within two hours had it completely fixed. They’re professional and knowledgeable.

Fixed a gas line.

Gabriel and Manny came to my place for my problem with my shower spouts. Both guys were pros and answered every question I have. Upon assessment they noticed that my problem is an easy fix, so they just advised me what to do and they didn’t even charge me for their time and expertise. Really appreciate the help. Would def recommend!

This company was the vendor sent through our home warranty plan. The technician came out on time which was nice, however he said he fixed the issues we were having and did not. We had to call another plumber a day later because the issue was not resolved. Not only were both of our bathroom valves still leaking but one of them was missing the two screws that hold it in place. When confronting the front office about their poor service and missing parts to our valve the woman I spoke with was very rude and did not attempt to resolve any issues. She said she would have the manager call me when he can so we'll wait and see. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Aside from them showing up on time the service was absolutely horrible overall.

Warning to females. Expect ‘man-explaining’ and being talked down to.

I don't have enough good things to say about Troy and Zach. Troy came out to assess a water leak and they had it fixed a couple hours later. They were incredibly timely, super professional and kind. They also put my yard back to the way it was before and even better! I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!
