Best Tank Water Heater in Phoenix AZ

My home was built in 1948 and the old cast iron drain lines under the house were cracking and need to be fixed. After taking bids from other plumbing companies that were only interested in digging up my floors with huge downtime and charging thousands for pipe bursting, I found Peerless. They were recommended by a realtor who sold my next door neighbors house and it was the best recommendation I could have hoped for! Christian came out and scoped our lines, he was much more thorough than the other companies and explained our options. Peerless could reline the old pipes without digging up the floors and Christian walked us through the process , I was impressed and we hired them. I coordinated with Lindsay, she was excellent to work with and communication was above and beyond. When the crew came out to descale the lines to prep for the reline, they were on time, clean, courteous and professional. When Mike and his team came to do the actual reline, they were most excellent as well. On time, professional, knowledgeable, clean and they didn't mind as I watched their work and answered questions without any attitude. Mike, Wyatt and their co-worker (sorry, I cant remember his name!) were great to work with over the two days they were here, I cant say enough about their knowledge and professionalism. Peerless is the ONLY plumbing company you should consider if you need your old cast iron, clay bell, orangeberg and other drain lines relined. They relined both our 3 main lines as well as the 2 kitchen and bath lines. As their shirts says They can do what others can't and ITS TRUE!

I called Asa last minute and they came the same day and saved us from a leaking toilet and shower. They also fixed our garbage disposal. Definitely will be using them again in the future!

He gets two stars because he did show up and it was after hours. He advertises his hours are from 7 to 7, but claims 5pm on Saturday is after hours. He wanted 975. to do what another plumber did 30 minutes later for 375. I understand making money and getting paid to work, but I do not understand gouging people in a hardship situation.

Joel and Aaron did a great job! The job was way more complicated than they estimated and took longer than they thought, they had to go to the store a few times to get different parts, and they stuck to it and got it done and we weren't charged extra for the extra work!

We picked an option and then he Fixed the problem for the evening and said he'd return in the morning with a helper. He gave us a time and then he showed up on time. I contacted Rapid Rooter in response to a dangerous carbon monoxide buildup in my home. Chad explained to me the thermodynamics of a water heater and how the heat generated from the flame will actually remove the carbon monoxide. Turns out my 17 year old water heater while functioning had become a danger for my pets and my family. Chad quickly assessed the situation, installed a new water heater, supply lines and a new flue at a competitive price.
