Best Maintenance Work in Phoenix AZ

Paul did the all the plumbing in a complete remodel of my home during the Summer and Fall of 2021. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and above all, HONEST! I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. He’s a rare find.

I can't street enough how amazing my team members at Charity Plumbing are. We are currently slowly growing into a bigger company from a few yrs b4 I was an employee. As I learn I am impressed by my coworkers' knowledge of the craft. I learn something new everyday. And I have been a client in a way. When I first moved to my apt my coworker Tyler helped with a clog that had been an issue for a month. I hadn't had much experience at the time and when he came to my place my landlord told him the he tried to unclog it and he also said that Tyler would need a longer cable to reach the clog. Well Tyler let him know that he's experienced enough for my landlord not to worry and that he would just give it a look and do the very best he can and if he felt it needed a bigger cable he would then use an auger with a longer cable. Well he unclogged the toilet and it's been working well since. That is my experience as a client/customer with this company. It gave me a perspective from a client to standpoint on the type of service I clients get here and the type of service I was going to be giving clients also as an employee.

I use this company for work and also on my own home. They are always so wonderful to talk to and very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. Thank you Nate and Roman and Adam for always being there when we need you.

I was in a bind to get my kitchen sink unclogged. I called Sunny Plumbing on the advice of a co-worker. They customer service agent told me I was next in the queue and a tech would be at my house between 3:00 and 6:00. Not sure why there was 3 hour timeframe if I was next in the queue, but I left work I a hurry to get home. At 6:00, the plumber had not showed or called. I called the customer service line and was told the plumber was finishing up his previous job and would be at house by 6:30. He finally showed 7:30 then started talking an inspection. I said I called because of a stopped up sink. He then quoted me a price of $335 to clear the drain.

That seems rather expensive for a simple clean out but what do I know? I’m not happy about the long wait or the confusion of the service call or the price.

That all happened on October 22nd. I called back today (November 14th) because the kitchen sink was once again backing up. I was told on the phone that there would be no charge for today’s service. When the tech showed up, he told me there was another charge of $335 or I could sign up for their “membership” for $285 and today’s call would be “free”. The tech said I was misinformed about not being charged. Well, they had me over a barrel. What was I supposed to do with a backed up sink but to pay again to get it unclogged.

Bottom line: do your research before using these guys. Very shady & unethical.

It was 4 hours from Oh **** I HAVE NO HOT WATER to a fresh new water heater. Trevor was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and FAST. He explained every step of the job before starting and did the job right (unlike my builder). He answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how to use my new water heater. It was fast and affordable, no surprises or extras. Could not be happier! I would definitely recommend Water Heaters Only and Trevor.

Our older Moon Valley home has some tricky plumbing. Alex and Jr really took the time to listen to my wife and I, and understand our needs prior to the work. In spite of difficulties, they worked hard to fix my plumbing issue, and left the place neat and clean. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Price was exactly as anticipated, and given the work effort, turned out to be a huge bargain for me. I have a new plumber!!

I'm so happy I called Green Star Plumbing Company Phoenix. Steven was the technician that came to our house and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave us multiple options for how he could fix the problem. He was friendly and even cleaned up after himself when he was done. Highly recommend!

Scott is a great plumber & electrician. I am so lucky to have found such a reliable and honest professional. His prices are the best on the market, he's always on time, works very professionally and really knows about his stuff! Plus he always goes the extra mile by leaving the place even cleaner than what it used to be! He's done a lot of works with my home and I couldn't be happier I hired him.

He did free estimate but he missed the full details. Don’t get fool by free ofcourse our mistakes we ending up paying high price for just turning on the switch on the back of our fridge so that we will get water from reverse osmosis. When he do the estimate he didn’t check the back if there is a line for reverse osmosis in our fridge. So he just keep going back and forth in the house and just turn on the switch on the back tarrrrraaaaa…… instant money. I will never ever use them again so pricey no wonder they want to do it right away before I call different company to do it. If only my husband listen to me and find a different one who is professional who is there on know how to estimate the job.

We needed a new AC and furnace. ACE provided a portable unit for our bedroom while we waited 3 days for installation. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. We will use them again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!
