Best Maintenance Work in Phoenix AZ

I had Gelber come and give me a bid to smooth the stucco on my house and do the exterior painting. We agreed verbally on a price, then he emailed me a bid considerably higher than the verbal quote. I wrote it off as a miscommunication as there was a bit of a language barrier and agreed to the higher price. We waited 2 months for the start date. On the start day, he wanted a deposit to start the job which I was fine with even though it was a higher amount than we agreed for a start deposit. He then asked me to split the deposit into multiple checks instead of one which I thought was odd. Next he asked me to write the check to him personally and not his business. As a General Contractor myself that plays by the books and does everything legally, I requested a W-9. Come to find out, he was not insured. When I asked for a W-9, him and his whole crew packed up and left. He blocked my number and quit responding. Even with all the red flags (no license, no insurance, wanting multiple checks, not willing to sign anything) I was still willing to work something out. I think there may be some illegal activities going on with this business. I would think twice before hiring.

Quick to get the job done! Used the best paint for the work to be done. Reasonable price for the size of project. Didn’t get paint overspray in lots of places even though the wind kicked in a bit. Happy with the end result. Our job was painting the ceiling of the awning in our screened patio.

Excellent quality. We had the whole house repiped and about 70 drywall holes to repair.
Work was completed on time, as promised. After drywall repair and partial wall and ceiling painting, noone would ever know we had holes in the walls and ceilings. I was impressed!

Arizona Painting's customer service and office support is stellar. It has been a long that I have had a company answer on the first ring, follow-up and ensure I had all the details. Even sending me pictures and text message of who was coming to meet with me and of the paints. Very professional. The painters were professional and friendly. Ensuring all house hold items were covered and there were no issues. Excellent job. I will use this company again for future projects.

Melissa Probst our estimator came by and communicated well with us as far as colors, paint company, price, description of service and appointment. The two painters that came over for the two day job(July) we’re efficient, thorough and professional. Interaction and communication went smoothly and they were respectful of us and our property. They did a great job on prep work, final touch ups, clean up and walk through before and after. If your choosing this company maybe you can refer to this comment and ask for the same people that did our service. Our choice was worth the cost/investment.

We went with Arizona Painting Company because they had great reviews and we committed to paying a bit extra to have a better end result. 90% of the project went really well. They showed up on time, worked diligently and came away with an awesome product. However, when it came time to patch some cracks in our back wall and repaint, it was a nightmare. A three day job turned into three weeks, with three separate attempts to get the job right. It took countless phone calls, emails and negative social media reviews to finally get some attention on the matter. In the end, the back wall isn’t perfect but it’s close enough to move on. If it weren’t for the back wall this would be a five star review, but unfortunately that part of the project was severely mismanaged.
