Okay where to start. This man Brad was so awesome and personable. He told me exactly what the issue was (the doggy door). He told me what we needed to do, he even drew it out and allowed me to record him showing me how to use the trap.Needless to say this is a great company and I'd recommend them to any and everyone. Purchased their 25 Gal electric pump rig. The process was very easy and smooth with updates throughout the entire process from initial order, manufacturing and delivery. I did have the pump malfunction and called to get assistance in troubleshooting. I wasnt home to be able to do those steps at the time, but even still, they let me know they were shipping new parts at no cost as a just in case. I really appreciate the forethought and consideration to get me back up and running as soon as possible.
