Renters office said call Pruitt's plumbing about toilet leaking and rocking , came out ordered toilet comes back takes old one off only to say that they can do the job have to reschedule because wrong part was installed from previous company, we have now been without toilet in main bathroom for 3 1/2 weeks twice have been told that technician will call to explain what's going on still waiting. Do they sublet these jobs out to non qualified plumbers.

The plumber who came on the scene when we had a back up said he'd have to dig up our floors (just after laying 2100 feet of wood flooring) to replace the collapsed cast iron pipes with PVS piping for an outrageous cost. Owner came to my house to do an estimate he seemed rushed he was there 11mins could not have left any quicker. Told me he would email me the estimate the next morning. I have yet to see anything come through. Very unprofessional, if you do not want to do the job either just tell me or over bid the work. I'm posting this for others be be aware.

When our AC unit finally gave up on us, CJ and his team gave us the best quote among the handful of HVAC companies we checked with. They left a portable AC for me to use while we waited for our unit to arrive. The team that APES sent out to install our new AC unit, led by Elijah, was very professional and courteous. They worked fast and were all very efficient, and when they were done with the installation, they made sure to clean up the whole place.

Had an issue with our hot water heater, Edwards Plumbing was able to show up same day, on time, and get our water heater back in full operation at the price quoted. Very nice to come across an honest plumber who sticks by their word and their work, I plan on using them again and already scheduled a 2nd job.

Tyler was quite a friendly professional. He was great about explaining what steps he needed to take. He was very polite and considerate. He was able to install the Flo By Moen water flow meter/shutoff system for me in a tight space rather than tear through the drywall. Excellent service.
