He explained to me everything that he was going to do, he also answered all my questions. The cost of the service was also excellent in my opinion. Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Called for a clogged toilet. Very quick response time. Luis M. was very pleasant and professional. Explained what he would be doing to solve the issue and made the process very easy. Provided excellent service and would definitely use again.

This is an amazing company! I had a slab leak that needed to be fixed asap. I called and had an appointment the very next day. I was able to be at work while they were working in my home and they locked up when they were finished. Everything was cleaned and they even put back drywall pieces in place to cut costs on having that repaired. I would recommend them 100%! Robert is awesome to work with!

Paul at American Discount Plumbing is very knowledgeable and reliable. He came out to our house right away to check out our hot water heater that was leaking. He quoted us a great price (compared to another large plumbing company) on both the parts and installation for a tankless water heater and also a whole house water treatment system. He was very pleasant to work with and always showed up or called when he said he would and was careful to make sure the job was done right. We ended up having him also replace a 2nd water heater in our RV garage as a preventative measure. The tank would not flush as there was too much sediment build up from not flushing on a yearly basis. My mom also had her hot water heater replaced by Paul and he installed and plumbed her BBQ island sink. She was very pleased with his work also. We definitely recommend Paul and American Discount Plumbing.

I had my old cast iron sewer lines cleaned and lined with epoxy. Every crew was professional, respectful and the job was completed a day earlier than was initially expected. Also, only 4-5 hours of not being able to use drains, was very easy and not much disruption in our lives.

Dave showed up early, which was a plus. Gave a fair estimate and completed the job same day. I am 100% satisfied and will call again for future work.

Argued that there was no leak after mild flooding in my unit. Did literally NOTHING.

Came out for initial call from warranty. Then would be return my calls when I was ready for the work to be done. Thankfully I had not paid them anything.
