Hot water heater was leaking on Sunday so my husband called Ben Franklin Plumbing...we got a response immediately. They sent out their technician Egson Osmani who assessed the heater and determined that it did need to be replaced. Egson took the time to find out if our current heater was still under warranty...because it was a Sunday the manufacturer's were not in so he called them first thing on Monday Morning, got the necessary information and called us right away. We also had follow up calls from Ben Franklin's Corporate making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We made the decision to go with Ben Franklin, Egson was at our home by 10:30 Monday morning to change out the heater. Because of Egson, his knowledge of the products, his professionalism and no pushy sales approach and Ben Franklin's Corporate staff this has been one of the best experience's that we have had with a service team. Highly recommend!!!!!

We were referred to Aussie by another plumbing company who we normally use but was unavailable at the time we needed service. Aussie answered the phone when we called and was in constant contact via phone and text prior, during and after the service. All the staff was very professional and experienced and we would recommend using Aussie for your plumbing needs.

Great experience, called Anthony Plumbing this morning in a panic due to noise in the walls and water large amount of water on the floor wasn't sure what was happening. Staff scheduled appointment first thing in the morning. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue immediately also contacted the Restoration company to assist with the damage.

Septic tank pump, but once we figured out a convenient time to get it done. It went well.

Vicente was able to fix the leak that I had in my bathroom toilet, he was super delicate with everything around, and super communicative on everything that he had to do In there. If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience. Thank you champion plumbing for sending your employee, so professional so helpful. Would highly recommend again.

Very responsive; scheduled hot water heater service for an inherited 15 yr. old unit. Walt arrived on time, was very professional, personable and explained the value of servicing the unit compared to installing a new one. We decided it made more sense to get a new one with a warranty than risk future problems with an old unit. Walt removed the old, meticulously installed the new with all new connections, etc. Very pleased with work done! Thank you, Walt!

Had an issue with sewer odor coming into our bathroom and closet Armando and Brian perform their diagnostics including line camera, and quickly found the issue. In November of 2018 our main drain line backed up. We called Rooter Ranger who arrived within 30 minutes. The issue could not be resolved by rooting so they came back the next morning which was a Sunday. By video scoping they discovered that our over 60 year old cast iron drain pipe was partially collapsed. They jack hammered an opening in the main bathroom and tunneled back in two directions replacing the old pipe with new ABS until they reached good pipe. The pipe was replaced from this point all the way to the septic tank. Soon after those repairs were made to our complete satisfaction, we had another section collapse in a different part of the house. After scoping the piping again they came up with a solution that essentially left us with all new PVC drain piping so that we would never have an issue with our drain lines again. The good news was both repairs were mostly covered by our homeowners insurance and Jarrod was very helpful in providing information required by our policy holder to process the claim. We ended up doing two bathroom remodels and RR did the all of the plumbing work for the remodel. Special thanks to Dan who was the project manager for the repair and remodel. Jarrod, Dan, Brayden, Joseph and Adrian and were all courteous, prompt, timely and friendly. I have, and will continue to use their services. Highly recommended.

They are quick to respond, they do quality work, and they are cheap. I had a leaking pipe by my water meter, I called at 7:30 am they were at my house by 8:30 am, repaired by 9:15 am and very affordable. Phoenix Arizona.
