Very pleased with Moon Valley. Their communication is very good with text and email notifications. They helped me greatly during a condo sale when I installed a faucet and the buyer & realtor thought I installed it incorrectly when the buyer wasn't patient enough to wait for hot water. You Cannot fix stupid but at least it was only $39 for to get Moon Valley to validate their stupidity.

We had our main sewer line break and send water back into our downstairs bathroom and laundry. They were here within 10 minutes on a Wednesday evening, scoped the line and found the tree roots that had broken the line. They came the next day and dug, by hand since it was right by the driveway to protect the concrete, and replaced the line from the clean out pipe to the street. Corrected issues with how the line was originally put in incorrectly by the builder 15 years ago. Communicated and showed me every step of the way what they were doing. Trustworthy and great work.

Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

Jake was here today and answered all my bathroom fixture questions and he did a diagnostic on our bath tub to see why it wasn't draining properly. We have lived in our home for 9 years, we have had several plumbers out to check on this in the past and only Jake gave us an answer! Unbeknownst to any one in the house, including my 5 house guests, water valves under the kitchen sink were leaking. Water had leached out onto the tile floor and fanned out during the night. Additionally, the garbage disposal, old as it was, had a hole where none should be, which I did not know. Aware of the water on the floor, I called Parker & Sons at 9:30 AM and Jake was at my door by12:30. Jake recommended I buy a new garbage disposal, which I did immediately. Jake also installed the new garbage disposal then and there, no extra service trip and resolved the water valve issues, then he showed me where the house water shut off was.I was so pleased , so gratified that I called Parker & Sons. It could not have been better service. Parker & Sons, and especially Jake, exceeded my expectations.
