Like any company they might be inclined to up-sell when the opportunity presents itself, but they stand behind their work and communicate well. Called in the morning for a much needed repair, and was told they would be able to be at my residence by late afternoon. They provided a courtesy call, and arrived shortly after 4:00 pm. They quickly determined the problem, and it was repaired in less then an hour. Professional and efficient!

I Was Showering My Husband When All Of A Sudden Our Water Heater Made Some Very Loud Noises And Our Water Went Off In The Shower... I Checked The Water Heater And Discovered It Had Water Streaks Down It And Water Was Bubbling Out Of The Label....I Also Noticed Out Our Front Window, The Water Company Was At Our Water Main.They Had Shut Off Our Water, As They Were Changing Water Meters - With No Notice....I Checked The Emergency Shut Off Directions On The Water Heater And Called The Water Heaters Only #. I Spoke With A Very Nice Gentleman And He Informed Me That He Could Have Someone To Our House In 30 Minutes... We Were Very Fortunate To Have Trevor E. Respond! He Did An Excellent Job!!!
