The technician was on time, professional and install an inlet valve as well as the dishwasher. We would use them again.

This company separates from the rest that I called for quotes.
The owner of this company was honest, upfront, didn’t set appointments for a day or two, and GREAT price. Sent a worker same day within a couple hours got to my house and finished the job quick.

Other companies try to to scare you making it seem they literally need to lift the house up to unclog a drain. They can’t bs a bs’er. So i went who put it straight to me and it was this company.

The service provided by Jack and Cisco was amazing. I felt they were very professional, hard working, and honest. Jack explained to me everything they were doing, and he answered all my questions about the job. They worked tirelessly for about 12 hours. They also cleaned up my front yard really well. It was late evening and my kids just finished showering or did they…they were not able to shut the valve- it would just spun around! I was forced to cut the main water supply but lost water throughout the house! Called many sources of so called “open 24” hours and finding out nothing could be done for couple days- unbelievable!.

I called Springs Plumbing and left a message (and my hope! lol). Allen called back within 20 minutes (was busy that’s all;)) and said was able to come. (Yes!). Showed up but before entering my (messy) house, he placed shoe covering on (very thoughtful!) and proceeded to fix the issue. The job was completed quickly and saved my day! I highly recommend his services on professional, reliable and thorough level! And will use his services in the future- no doubt!

Company did not meet commitments on scheduling, did not return calls and when management got involved they also failed to meet commitments or return calls. Would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY .

We have yet to use them on any job, but their estimate I just received for a commercial project is the most thorough I have ever seen any plumber provide. Been doing construction for almost 20 years! They came highly recommended by our plumbing supplier

Nicholas installed a new mister system for us. The quote was reasonable and he did a great job!! We will be using Second Opinion for all our future plumbing needs. No pressure, great work!

He has also installed water purification system & bidet, along with all the other items above.. Chad is very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I can trust him to be on time and do great work. He and his family are very honest and caring. All the work his company has done for me has been great. I recommend them to others often. :)

Paul is a wonderful plumber that does work in a timely manner and always availible when a plumbing emergency happens. I've had him out on a three separate repairs and got great service at a fair price. I highly recommend him over some of the other bigger names.

Joe was terrific. Answered phone calls after hours on weekend to walk me through preventative measures. Came the next day almost an hour earlier than planned...quick and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. I definitely recommend Peace of Mind plumbing.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!
