These guys were the best! They came out to our house within the hour of the urgent phone call, on New Years Day to help us out! We had the start of a pipe break & leak in the hallway rest room and it went on from there. Abdiel and Jose took us through each step of what would need to be done and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on and showed us live camera pictures too . We enjoyed having them come to the house as they, and their crew, were all so very pleasant, down to earth and showed genuine care for us and our home. They were also very understanding and loved our overly zealous puppy! Their work was neat and orderly. And they cleaned up nicely after they were done. Blue Plumbing, LLC is my go-to Plumber from here on out. I am very, very, pleased with their work! They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Recently, while having some foundation work done on my house, a gas line that had been installed without a permit (not to code) was damaged. Southwest Gas came and disconnected the line and I was informed that it could not be repaired because of the code violation. It had to be completely replaced. The estimate I received from Blue Plumbing was reasonable given the work needed. I obtained a permit from the city and work began. They were absolute sticklers for making sure that the installation was done properly so there would be no issues when the city came for the inspection. I particularly appreciate that the installation was done in a manner that accommodated the quirks of my old house. They installed a sleeve under my perimeter wall so the pipe could pass through. A tracer wire was placed from the meter to where the pipe enters the kitchen (allows for utility detection since the gas pipe is plastic). At the end, after a layer of dirt was put into the trench, yellow caution tape was laid for the length of the trench as a precaution for future digging, and then the rest of the trench was filled in. When a portion of my water line had to be removed temporarily to allow the gas pipe to be laid, the work done to reinstall the copper pipe was far superior to the work done for the original water line installation. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up, hosed down the driveway and the porch and smoothed out the dirt. Everything was left in order.The only real snags with this project did not apply to Blue Plumbing and involved the city inspector not making it on the scheduled day, and waiting on the phone for an hour with Southwest Gas to schedule the reconnection. If you need gas or water plumbing work done, I highly recommend this company.

Woke up to a load popping noise this morning. We instantly thought it was a pipe busting and began researching what to do next. At about 9am I saw a bunch of water coming down the roof area flooding into the backyard. I called Tutko plumbing at around 9am and spoke with Al the owner, buy 10am AJ and Alex were here working on the roof. I am so pleased with their great service and happy to know that from now on Tutko Plumbing will be my first call for any of my plumbing needs. They came highly recommended by some moms in the moon valley area and we will highly recommend them as well.

We had a huge flood in our bathroom today , the day before Thanksgiving and were stressed . Gave them a call and they were able to get someone sent out quickly and resolved the issue and even took a look at a leaking pipe and some other plumbing concerns we had . Very professional and very helpful ! Would definitely use again

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

We called Sunstate Plumbing this morning and they came out a couple hours later. They had to clear the main water line and gave us a quote before starting the work.
When they were done they let us know
they did not have to do as an extensive job as they thought, so the price went down considerably. They could have still charged us what they quoted, we would have been none the wiser. So thankful they were honest.
Great guys, very personable.

I have been a long time ac & Heating customer of Chas Roberts for my personal and business a couple of days ago I called to schedule a service on an one of my AC units and I was told by the very unprofessional man who answered the phone that they are not scheduling any services until November I reminded him that I’m long time customer and he could care less, so I would worn anyone not to do business with Chas Roberts they will not have time for you when you need them.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Horrible, HORRIBLE people! Do not use!!

Got the repair done should not have had to pay the 59.00 trip charge

As I write this, I have now gone over a month without hot water. I contacted my home warranty when the hot water went out, and they assigned Centurion, and someone came out the next day, they said that they needed to order a part to finish the job. So far, so good. A week went by, and I was notified by home warranty that they couldn't authorize the repair because they had requested additional information (a valid serial number) and although they had tried several times, Centurion never replied. Finally someone from Centurion called and asked me to climb behind the water heater and take a picture of the serial number and then send it to them. I did this, and the next day I received notification from my home warranty that they had authorized the repair. So now I was already 9 days without hot water due to their inattention. A week went by, no word on when the repair would be done despite several phone calls and text messages. BTW don't ever try to call this company, no one ever answers and the voice mail specifically says we don't monitor these messages so send a text message if it is an emergency. Well, guess what, they don't reply to text messages routinely either. I finally got ahold of someone via text, he said that the part was ordered and he would let me know when it has arrived. It is now another 13 days since that reply, still no word, no reply to multiple messages, so my home warranty is sending out a new company and I have to start this process all over again.
