Met with them for a quote to replace sewer lines they promised they would get back to me with a quote multiple times, never received anything and they quit responding. They do not take your time seriously I suggest you do the same and move on to a company that actually wants your buisness. Use plumbing and AC medic. Plumbing and AC medic was super nice and went over expectations.

I came home to a strong gas smell after work, yesterday. I called SW Gas only to find out that I had a gas line leak that I was responsible for. Imagine how scary that is to hear when you live on a tight budget. The first plumbing company I called was not very helpful at all. Then I called Joe at 2 Good Plumbers. I will tell you right now that I am very blessed to have found this company. Joe actually answered the phone. He and his assistant came out the same day and were able to find and fix the line leak for me. I was very nervous about what the cost was going to be. Let me tell you, I honestly could not believe how reasonable the price was. Again, blessed. I will not think twice the next time I have a plumbing need. There is no one else in this valley I will call. Trust me, you are not going to find a better price or a nicer guy.

We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind. He left me with some notes and made himself available for questions if I had them.Such a great experience overall and I appreciate the timeliness, communication, and professionalism.Thank you, Luis!

They come out for a $79 service fee, way over quote for the repair, know that nobody will pay that kind of money, and then still charge the $79 service Fee. Scam artists!! I would not use or recommend this company!!

This company was awesome, my heat went out in my house and it was urgent that it got fixed. There are 5 people that live there. This was a Friday that I initially called, so I scheduled an appointment for Monday. I was talking to the lady that answers the phones, and explained the situation. She told me if anyone was able to come out and do a service call, the technician would call me. Fifteen minutes later, Jose, the technician called and was at my house am hour later. Very impressive! He was professional, diagnosed the problem, and went over the costs with me. I picked the plan that best fit my budget for this issue. Jose then went back to work, fixed the problem and made recommendations for my unit. I would absolutely recommend this company and will hire them again of something else happens with my unit.

Scott is extremely reliable and professional. He stayed on our project and even rearranged his schedule to accommodate our urgent issue. I would highly recommend him!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
