I am very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of Travis. My days off our filled with many appointments. When Simba gave me an arrival two hour window I was nervous the plumber would arrive at the end of time slot. Wonderfully he arrived exactly at the beginning of the time slot! He serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently! He answered all my questions and checked water level on a toilet and a questionable leak on my bathtub. Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. Just saw their truck number 95 going 25 below the speed limit in rush hour traffic cause he was texting then they didn't pick up when I called.

Demanee was very pleasant and was very helpful in servicing my toilet needs.

Got the clog removed and all working well.

My pool builder had me purchase over 2k of infloor collars and nozzles from JMax Plumbing. They turned out to be wrong for my system. They worked with me to return the parts even though the original problem was caused by my pool builder.

I didn’t answer about the value yet as they just put in a new Daiken unit for our upstairs. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Faster than we had planned also. Very grateful for Day and Night Air

They have always been available during our emergencies, but I realized they will take advantage of you and charge as much as they can get away with. Grayhawk Plumbing (don't use them either) via our warranty company was suppose to come out and unclog our tub drain. Instead, they disassembled our drain and did not reassemble if before they left. I did not realize they did this and my roommate took a shower, flooding both of our bathrooms since they share the same wall. We called Mr. Rooters immediately and they diagnosed the drain piece as the issue. I asked if they could provide a diagnosis so I could submit this back to my warranty company. He told me he could provide me an appointment overview (diagnosis) for $99!!! LOL. They then recommended their mitigation company, Copper State Home Builders. Go look at some of their reviews....insurance scam

I won't be using this company again. I can get more for my money elsewhere.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
