I worked with Chris at Jmax and had a great experience through the process for building our pool. Not knowing anything about pool plumbing I wanted to make sure to go with the best and kept hearing their name come up over and over. Our pool is finally completed and working wonderfully. Our start up company said that Jmax did an excellent job which was great to hear. 100% highly recommend them.

Justin and his crew did a fantastic job on our project. They are great communicators as well which is so important! Very helpful and worked out a few obstacles with us.

Joe came out and led a crew to connect my outdoor kitchen to the main city sewer line. It was refreshing to work with such an honest and responsive person. Joe made sure the work was done right, patiently worked through challenges with a on-going pool installation at the same time. I would select JMAX again, anytime!

Would have absolutely loved to use J Max! Chris was incredibly professional & helpful. Answered every question, and was completely understanding when we decided to go a different direction.

The only reason we didn’t use them is because we were left with a mess of a situation by our original pool plumber & decided it would be easier to go with a pool company to finish the job instead of subbing out each contractor ourselves.

I plan to call them again the next time I need a plumber!

I use JMax Plumbing all the time. Justin and his guys are amazing. Their communication is awesome and I couldn’t ask for a better company to use!

My water heater stopped working at a real bad time just before a party, these guys were there fast enough to replace it with a better unit so fast, the price was reasonable and they even cleaned the area better than it was before! A+ Company.

Justin the owner is a joke. He hung up the phone on me before he even heard the whole story.

Sent them the exact plans and layout info. Then after we agreed on a price and to get on the schedule his employee said he priced it wrong and it’s significantly more.

The customer service that Justin (owner) showed was mind blowing. He didn’t listen and hung up the phone mid conversation.

Please stay far away from this company.

Now the owner is lying saying that plans were sent after the quote. It’s clearly false and happy to post all email correspondence.

Email with it clearly saying in floor layout and attachment was sent on Sunday August 7th and the bid was sent over Thursday August 11th.

So the owner lies to customers as well.

Just take responsibility for your employees actions and take care of your customers. Don’t hang up on them or screw them over again in the future.

You don’t have to lie about it to make your company look better.

This review is long overdue. Justin and his team are amazing. My husband and I recently subbed out our own pool build, and Justin handled the plumbing for us. Their communication was amazing, if I sent Justin an email i'd have a response within an hour. They also have a QA team that comes and checks their work, which we found to be the only subcontractor to do that. Scheduling was easy, and his crew showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. We later used Justin and his team to install our gas line for fire pots and a future BBQ. They always do an amazing job. I have been recommending them to everyone. A+ service!

My pool builder had me purchase over 2k of infloor collars and nozzles from JMax Plumbing. They turned out to be wrong for my system. They worked with me to return the parts even though the original problem was caused by my pool builder.

Awesome crew over at JMAX. Quality work and extremely knowledgable. Looking forward to the next one!
