Phoenix Home Remodeling recently completed the remodel of our guest and master bath rooms. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work, their attention to detail and the professionalism displayed by every person (plumbers, tile setters, counter installers, shower doors and glass team, etc.) who worked on our project.
Jeremy and Mark were great to work with and provided an exceptional level of customer service. These guys did both a tub/shower combo and a shower for me. Both took one day to install! They showed up a month early! The installers were professional and did a great job. The hot water on the tub wasn’t getting hot and they sent someone on the day I called them. It took 5 minutes and everything is now perfect! Thank you guys. We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

We had the exterior of our house painted by TWD. Very professional staff from our first interaction to job completion. Quality work was completed efficiently and staff was very thorough. Highly recommend!

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

The construction and maintenance team at PJ Hussey is spectacular. They're very quick to respond to requests and they usually send somebody out to take care of an issue the next day. Special thanks to Tom and Norm for being so kind, careful, and diligent when I needed some help at my apartment. It can be intimidating inviting a stranger into your home when you live by yourself but these gentlemen were very pleasant and objective.

What a great experience from beginning to end. Fast and right in our price range. The technicians were very thoughtful and considerate in our home. We love our new windows and would definitely refer Optum to my friends and family.

I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
I was very impressed by Ignacio and his workers' professionalism. The job was finished with my complete satisfaction.
Next time, I know I can count on Ignacio to do repairs around the home. I fully recommend his services!

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. home Concepts custom remodeling contractor did a fantastic job on converting my old tub into a walk-in shower in just two days as promised. It exceeded my expectations and the craftsmanship was phenomenal considering doing the entire demo and install in two days. Thank you to the owners Larry and Kasey as well as the installers who just did an incredible job. I will recommend them anytime and you won’t be disappointed.

There have been so many moments when I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we hired the right company for our kitchen renovation.

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

SHEWORKS handled multiple electrical issues during my recent move. They were professional, timely, reasonably priced, and almost most importantly were able to think on their feet and solve little problems. Never once did they say sorry can't fix that -- they fixed everything and wore a smile the entire time. Highly recommend!

Anthony and his team are well organized and excellent communication all through out the project. When the project was completed my home was left better then expected and I have high expectations!

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.

Republic West Remodeling recently did a renovation of the master bathroom in our home. After the death of my father, my mother came to live with us. She has some physical issues, and we needed to create a handicap accessible bathroom for her.
I felt this would be a challenging project, but the team at Republic West Remodeling were amazing. From the the initial design process, to picking out fixtures and materials, to the actual construction, the Republic West team walked us through each step and let us know what to expect. We had a detailed schedule. We knew who was coming to our home, and when. Every person who came to our home was professional and courteous. I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors in the past, but I can't say enough about my experience with Republic West Remodeling. The finished project is beautiful. The bathroom is fully ADA compliant. It is perfect for my mother's needs, but it still looks gorgeous. Republic West Remodeling did amazing work for our family, and I look forward to using them for our next project.
