Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.
I would recommend Sponte and will use them again in the future.

What a joke. Charged us $500 to install a vanity that was already assembled and put into place. Said it took 4 hours to complete. For any handyman that is worth $100/hour this should have taken no more than an hour. Also said they bought $200 of “materials” and charged it to us. Won’t provide a list of said materials and the vanity itself cost less than that and it was provided. Don’t use this company unless you like being ripped off.

I worked with, and referred, contractors and handymen for almost 30 years. Michele's is one of the most professional, qualified, and reasonable I've ever worked with. Before finding Michele's, I must have called 10 handymen, and had 5 return my call. None of them impressed me enough to allow them to vent my microwave outside. Michele did, and George knocked out the job quickly, professionally, and with creative solutions to a couple unexpected challenges. I couldn't have been more impressed.
They will always be my first choice.

Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? I'm in the east valley between Scottsdale and Gilbert, AZ but I'm sure glad to find Jeremy the Handyman, his wife in the office works a crazy filled schedule constantly so thanks to her!

Will does amazing work! I’ve had him come by for several projects including replacing outdated ceiling lights with new LEDs that he found for me, installing a dimmer switch for the new lights and patch/paint around them, replaced my water heater, put up a new garage light, and put in a new mailbox. Every project was done extremely well and he’s very easy to work with and discuss what you’re looking for. I will absolutely be calling Will for all of my future home repair projects!

James called me the day before to ask about my project and wanted to make sure he had all the supplies he needed beforehand. He was on time, quick, & did a great job! Will definitely use again in the future and recommend.

I had my above range microwave replaced and they were the best. They were prompt, courteous, fair priced, and most importantly I felt comfortable with them in my house.

I was so fortunate to find Hugo since this was a unique job. My fire pit had a leak in the gas line so the concrete and flagstone had to be cut, an 18 deep trench was dug and the fire pit was cut on the side. After the plumber replaced the gas line, Hugo took over and filled the trench, replaced and repaired the flagstone and concrete and repaired the side of the fire pit so it looks like new. He brought all his own tools and cleaned up each day Hugo arrived each day and worked full days. The plumber was so impressed with Hugo's work that he hired him for a job at his House! I also had Hugo repair the benches with new concrete, stucco and paint. His work is equal to his work ethic, top notch!

Chris updated my kitchen and it looks beautiful!! He refinished and painted my cabinets inside and out and replaced all the hinges and handles bringing my 80s kitchen into 2020. He is professional and finished my project on time!

I am so grateful that I stumbled upon him. He took a nightmare shower issue I had from a prior installer and made it SO much better! For people like me, who occasionally require handyman services, it is reassuring to know there is an honest and reliable company that can provide those services. My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I will be using RT Constructions again and can recommend them without reservations. Excellent.

Could not get through, phone call transferred multiple times, felt like I was at a national warehouse rather than a local business

I would be very wary of using Lundsford handyman services. Read full post for full experience but long story short, we paid up front for 6 interior doors and paint to be installed and now almost 5 months later we have no doors and received only half of our money back and have to look into small claims for the remaining. Multiple no call no shows to at least deliver us our materials so we could find someone else to install plus we offered to pick them up ourselves. Now from this experience I am so worried about hiring anyone else to get our job done this has caused a lot of anxiety. We normally do a lot of DIY but we’re really looking for experienced help which we were told he had to get this one right. This might sound first world problemish but we have a really bad problem with our hollow core doors expanding in summer to the point they scrape really bad or we can’t close them at all which is super difficult with a newborn and we’re so looking forward to having this done. This has been such a negative experience I wonder who else this service has taken advantage of. See below for full experience.

We hired Chase to do a job April 28th and paid for materials up front and labor due upon completion. Scheduled for June 18th after supposed material delivery delays. June 17th I texted confirmation that he would be here next day for install. June 18th he messaged saying some family stuff came up and would update asap. Supposedly then he has had family drama and Covid and his carpenter got Covid (we were not even aware that anyone else was involved to complete our job). Didn’t hear any news back until July 7 that he would deliver our materials to us as soon as he had a truck available (what kind of handyman doesn’t have a truck). I responded my husband has a truck and can pick up our stuff anytime. July 8 he said he will bring that weekend. No response to multiple calls/texts (never answers calls and only texts back days later) until July 14 that will bring everything Monday or Tuesday and complete install the following week. Nothing until July 22 that he will bring the next day. No response to call/text again until July 25 will bring the next day. July 27 will be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Monday I asked for reimbursement if he can’t deliver them. Then looking back I see he ordered per the screenshot sent the wrong size materials ??‍♀️. I finally said we will go route of small claims if he does not reimburse us at this point. He argued he can’t return at this point and that I should have requested reimbursement sooner ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. This guy has been jerking us around for almost 4 months now. Home Depot said they can give us full store credit if brought without a receipt and can order correct size ourselves. I said we can give one more chance to bring our stuff as promised and we can get our credit ourselves. Supposedly now he already initiated return and needs a few days to scrape together money to reimburse us since can only get 75% refund himself. Also asking not to leave any negative reviews that his life is in shambles. He has been completing and posting other jobs on his Facebook page in the meantime. We received half reimbursement 8/10/22 and other half still not sent to us and it is now 8/24/22
