I've used Goodman several times and they are always reliable, responsive, and very professional. Today Sean D was my plumber and he was particularly helpful, taking the time to explain everything he was doing, how the problem started, and how to prevent it in the future. This style of service is top tier and gives me confidence in the repair and confidence for me to recommend them to my neighbors.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I had a 15 year old water heater which was operating just fine, however knew that I would have to replace it soon. Hearing that there have been longer than usual lead times to get a new water heater in, I decided to give Warren a call at Boss Plumbing. He told me that he could come do the replacement 2 days later. Warren and DJ installed the new water heater and took away the old one, all in a matter of 2 hours. I'll definitely be using Warren for any future plumbing needs!

I recently had this company replace my water heater and I would highly recommend them. First, I received a prompt estimate when requested, after the first rep (sorry, forgot his name, but he was on time and very nice) came to assess the problem, and was quickly able to set up an installation date. Then, both installers (two Kevins) arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one. (I should also note that, when I had requested it, the company nicely moved my installation to an earlier date when I expressed concern about the safety of my old unit.) All in all, I was very pleased with how City Plumbing does business and I will undoubtedly use them again (and I'm in marketing).

Spoke with Mr Thompson, and gave me sound advice on how to resolve my issue. He told he could not get to me the same day and offered a suggestion which corrected my problem. Roger and his team quickly, cleanly, and professionally replaced our heater, and did several other projects for us over the past ten years. We're thrilled they are in the neighborhood and very affordable.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Our AC unit kept freezing over and we needed someone to service it for us. After one company no called no showed we reached out to Bill Frusco. They originally gave us a 2 hour timeslot from 1-3 on a Saturday that a technician would come out to look at our unit. As it got closer to 3 I called and they told me the tech was running behind and they wouldn't be able to get here until closer to 4:30. We decided to reschedule as we had things we needed to do. They gave us another 2 hour time slot on Monday from 2-4. Same thing. 4pm approaches and no one has shown up. I called and again the technician is running behind. I just sat here for 2 hours waiting and no one could be bothered to call me to tell me they were running behind AGAIN. We gave this company two chances to redeem themselves and to our disappointment they couldn't communicate with us to let us know what was going on. I find it extremely unprofessional and other customers should be aware of their lack of communication. I'm not one to typically leave reviews about a company but, I felt this situation warranted it. It's not hard to pick up a phone to tell a customer that they are running behind.

I've known the family that owns the business for a while. The team he had to install our new system was as professional as it comes. The technicians exemplified customer service. Thank you Ingram's!

I just had a huge plumbing Issue with my sewer pipes from the inside my house to outside where the curb ends. I know it would be a big job but Buzz Duzz came with many crew members and got the job done in 1 day. They even mopped the hallway from there foot tracks.
