Best Heating System Installation in Philadelphia PA

I've had Gino and Mentor do numerous projects including installing GFIs, ceiling fans and light fixtures. Each time they have been on time, professional and performed good work. I have had other electricians as well but I prefer All Star.

The service was superb. The gentlemen who came to my house was fast, respectful, and answered any questions I may have had. They were pleasant and very friendly as well as very knowledgeable. I would have given 20 stars if I could. Keep up the great work.

I really don’t understand how there are any bad reviews here. I’ve been renovating an old house in Phily and needed some upgrades to the electric system. After meeting a couple of other electricians I met with Ilir from Alba electric and I was very impressed by his knowledge and level of professionalism. Ilir and his team did some extensive work, including replacing the power panel and adding a 220 line. Throughout the process Ilir communicated prices and scheduling very well. There were some issues with some old wires on the second floor that we did not predict before starting the work and instead of opening up all of my walls, Ilir found a way around the problem and fixed it quickly. I’ve worked with many contractors during this renovation, but my experience with Alba electric has been the best so far. Would give more than five stars if it was possible. Thank you Ilir and the team at Alba electric.

I came home to no heat last Monday, right before the massive drop in temperatures was supposed to occur. A quick Google search and I found GEN3. Cyndy from customer service took the call and she was fantastic. Even though it was close to closing time she got a technician to my house to assess the issue. GEN3 immediately texted a photo of the technician to expect. Ken arrived and was really helpful, he assessed the furnace and also took a look at my hot water heater when I found it leaking in addition to the furnace issue. I received an immediate estimate and GEN3 made arrangements to have someone come out the next day. Stephen assisted with timing and payments and the technicians Jim & Abbi were polite, neat and did a great job, ensuring both our heat and hot water were working before the freeze. Everyone I dealt with from Customer Service to the Technicians were friendly, professional and thorough.Update:I had to have addition work done on my furnace and was very happy with my technician John Yeomans. He was professional, explained the problem thoroughly and went out of his way to find the part required.When the work was completed, John also spent the time to review and provide me an estimate on future work I am planning.

Chris was great. Got the light installed in a few minutes and it works perfectly now! Really appreciated that Gen-3 reached out bc they were in the area AND offered $50 off. Made it a simple decision to get a quick project checked off our list!

I had an electric issue in my rental property. Eagle Electric guy came to my property, didn't even look at the basement electric box or wires, didn't really check anything (he was scared of the dog) , and when I spoke to the manager on the phone, afterwards, he said it will be $4500 (!!!) to repair the issue - to upgrade the box, to add three more electrical lines. I said it was crazy. How about not upgrading the box? He said it will be $1600 just to add extra lines. I thought that was overpriced too. I did more research and found another certified guy who fixed the issue for $360. Everything works now.Bottom line, if u want to throw your money away, by all means call this company. What they do they try to squeeze as much money out of u as they possibly can, not trying to be fair or economical, very dishonest and unprofessional.

I had 2 ceiling fans and 1 light installed for a very reasonable price. The electrician was efficient, fast and polite. They were backed up with work but still came out, thank you.

I’ve worked with Reggie a number of times already for home projects on multiple occasions. He is always professional, on time, and shows experience in his craft. His prices are fair and he does a great job. He cleans up after his work and even does some minor patchwork for any mistakes made. I would certainly recommend him for any planned electrical idea, you will not be disappointed.
