John had my heater boiler up and running again within three hours of my initial call in. Nice work and a nice guy. Highly recommend

1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. They did a great job at answering all of our questions and went above and beyond in their service. We are so grateful that we found Bill of East Falls Plumbing.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. City Plumbing was the subcontractor on a water & sewer line break my family got right after we moved into our new house last summer. They put in hours and hours of dirty extra work on a job I'm sure they thought would last half a day. They were considerate, responsible and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right, coming back a second day and working late into the evening to close up the gaping hole they had to dig to complete all the repairs. Thanks, City! We still have great water pressure and a dry basement!

I would highly recommend KCS Plumbing. They provided great services at a fair cost. Unfortunately we had something break (to not fault of theirs) and they were back the same day to fix it. The team did great work and cleaned up after themselves too!

So grateful to Tony! We have consistent sink issues and this morning before a snow storm the leak was now a waterfall! I called today and he gave me an ETA within 2 hours, on emergency notice, and he showed up just as expected. He communicated clearly and was very responsive to let me know when he was arriving. He identified the issue and even explained to us what the underlying issue was. He fixed what he could under the pretense we had a larger issue at hand. He was so respectful; he more shoe covers, gloves and a mask. Highly recommend and will be using his services as needed in the future. Thanks again for sneaking us in just before the snow storm!

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

These people are wonderful! I had a clogged drain behind my house, at the bottom of the outside steps going into the basement. That drain goes under the house and out to the sewer line in front of the house. Two very nice men arrived just an hour after I called. They told me that the clog was actually in front of the house and accessed it from a vent pipe on the front sidewalk. It took them just a few minutes to plunge the line. I went out back to check the drain and it was cleared. I will definitely be calling them again next time I have a problem.

Henry couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient. I called for a Backflow test and was up against a deadline. He went above and beyond to repair a problem and get the job done on time. Thank you very much. Great service!

Fast service, great plumber! The plumber James put a stop my running toilet and leaking tub faucet. These issues caused me to have a large water bill every month. It took him less than 20 minutes to find the problemand less than 3 hours to fix. I would recommend everyone use Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs. Low prices are always a plus!!

I have had Roger Ross Plumbing onsite to replace exterior failed hose bibs The crew arrived and quickly and professionally took care of the project.As a follow on to that I also had the crews replace my vintage water hater with a new tankless system and re-routed my gas lines to clean up the basement ceiling. The crews again took pride in doing the job very timely professionally and neatly. The areas where they worked were cleaner than when they started. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their plumbing systems worked on!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Billy came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was fair and beat my other quotes. We were able to quickly get on the schedule for repair to our pipes on the curb. Trevor and Jim came to do the repair. They were very professional and really nice - easily the best contractors I have worked with and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with piping issues.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Tuan went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing issues that we’ve been experiencing for about 2-3 weeks now. We had a few technicians come out before we got Tuans number from a family member and those previous technicians seemed like they were just trying to scam us. I appreciated working with Tuan because he was upfront, straightforward and honest (and also a complete JOY TO BE AROUND! Great personality). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
