I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I had my water heater die after a good 14 year run, I called City Plumbing and they were able to get a crew onsite to swap out the old water heater with a new water heater in the same day. Toni was easy to setup an appointment with because he was able to text me availabilities and update me when a time slot opened up sooner than originally planned. I like that he wears booties for his shoes which is an added benefit because we don't wear shoes in the house. He looked at both issues i had with the sink and shower faucets, wrote down and gave me a detailed plan and estimate before getting approval to work. Great service overall.

Great business plumbers are great, responsive, and reliable

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Quick service. No charge.

The great news is they gave me some tips over the phone before the scheduled appt, the bad news is I didn't get to meet them because their advice worked and fixed my sink! Very courteous, professional and responsive; I'll be sure to call them for my next issue and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you!!

Roger’s guys do such a great job! Whenever we need them for anything, we just call and they’re there so quickly. During these COVID times I’m weary having people in and out to do work but they come masked up and are very professional. I’d recommend him to anyone!

We called about a blocked kitchen drain at 9:00 pm. The next morning, Andy's Plumbing was at my house. Andy and his partner were very polite and thorough. They estimated that the job would take 30 minutes and it was right on time. They charged a fair price for the service, and I would recommend them to anyone. Great work, and great people!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. No one wants to have to replace your sewer pipes, but if you do, these are your guys. They were responsive, explained every detail of the process, helped us navigate our insurance and did a wonderful job. The guys were friendly, they worked quickly (dug up the sidewalk, replaced the pipe and reset the hole in one day) and left the job site spotless. Very professional, highly recommend!
